Chuck Heron cited for DUI after crashing motorcycle in front of his own house

Just before 1 a.m. on a Saturday morning in August, police responded to the Plum Nelly Circle home of 54-year-old Charles ‘Chuck’ Heron to find him lying in the bushes near the side of the road after he had crashed his motorcycle on the roadway and sustained injuries. He stated he had been drinking earlier in the night and had consumed two Miller Lite tall boys. He appeared to be very intoxicated and then began to fall asleep and become incoherent. He reportedly told one of the Nashville Fire medics he had been drinking and “f-*ked up,” and they relayed that information to officers. He was transported to the hospital for his injuries and level of intoxication and was issued a state citation for DUI. He was booked on that citation this week.

Justin Hunter booked on citation for 113 mph/reckless driving on a motorcycle on I-65

27-year-old Justin Tyler Hunter was booked on a citation this week charging him with reckless driving on a motorcycle on I-65 near Rivergate Parkway. The officer reports clocking Hunter at 113 mph in a 70 mph zone as he attempted to pass other motorcycles and weaved through traffic. He was eventually stopped and issued a state citation. After self-booking on July 25th, he was given a court date to appear in September.

45-year-old Arthur ‘Arty’ Robinson work at Paradise Park on his motorcycle, and by the time he reached Watertown city limits he was doing 73 in a 45 mph zone, which was the most exciting moment the tiny town of 1500’s police department had for the entire week. After officer Nick Deck made the arrest for DUI, Robinson decided to unleash a verbal assault on Officer Deck, offering to “f— you in the booty”, and detailing what a “sad b—-” the officer was. Man steals handguns from victim’s house, then passes them off and denies allegations

35-year-old Christopher Smith was charged with burglary, theft, and possession of burglary tools when he tried to steal a motorcycle after stealing two handguns from the victim’s house.
