Justin Smith slaps father for calling him fat & lazy

35-year-old Justin Smith was involved in a domestic altercation with his father, Christopher Smith, at their Ristau Drive residence on July 1st. When officers arrived, they spoke with Christopher. He told them that Justin works for him and is lazy and fat. Justin began lifting weights after Christopher told him he was lazy. Christopher informed the officers that Justin became very upset and approached him, grabbed him, and slapped him. Officers noticed redness and marks on Christopher’s torso as well as on his back that were consistent with him being slapped by Justin. Officers then spoke with Justin, who initially stated that Christopher was not proud of him and was never good enough for his father. Justin claimed he began lifting weights after his father called him fat but stated that there was no physical alteration, only a verbal altercation with his father. Officers observed that both Justin and Christopher had been drinking. Based on the injuries and statements, Justin was identified as the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

DUI: Karlie Tankersley caught with 6 Xanax after crashing car on Burkitt Road

31-year-old Karlie Tankersley had a single-vehicle accident on Burkitt Road on April 17th. When officers arrived, they located Tankersley, who was taken to the ambulance but refused to be transported to the emergency room. She stated she had a glass of wine about an hour before driving, so she was asked to take sobriety tests, which she consented to and performed poorly. Officers deemed her too impaired to drive her vehicle, and she was detained. When she was handed over to DCSO, a search located six and a half white Xanax pills in the back of her wallet. Tankersley was taken into custody for an implied consent violation, driving under the influence, and contraband in a penal institution.

Jessie Mallard assaults girlfriend with glassware

40-year-old Jessie Mallard was taken into custody for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on March 12th. On June 7th, Emilie Rupert Williams went to Century Farms Emergency Room, where she spoke with officers, advising them that on June 6th, she had a physical altercation with an unidentified female at her Cedar Pointe Park Way residence. Then, she explained that her boyfriend, Mallard, had arrived at her house intoxicated and that she was suspicious of him having relations with the unknown female, so she confronted him about it. Williams said that this angered him, and then he grabbed her by the hair and tossed her into the wall, causing her to fall, during which he started kicking her in her rib cage. She said he started throwing glassware at her, which she defended by putting her hands up, resulting in severe lacerations on her right hand and wrist from the shattered glass that would require stitches. Afterward, Mallard told her he could do whatever he wanted and be with whoever he wanted. He then packed his belongings and left the location.

Nick Carver Charged with strangulation of girlfriend in Antioch home

Catrina Lungcharoen says she came home from work Sunday, and after an argument with her boyfriend, 27-year-old Nicolas Carver, became physical, he demanded that she pack her things and leave, though he refused to let her take her things from inside the home. She says while she was inside the entrance of the home, Carver grabbed her neck with both of his hands and pulled her out of the doorway.

She reportedly poured bleach all over his very expensive designer clothing and messaged the sex tape to his friends, family, and children. He reportedly chased her through the apartment complex and strangled her.

OnlyFans model Mira Kloepfel overdosed on Fentanyl while a child was in the backseat of the vehicle

23-year-old Mira Sean Kloepfel is charged with child endangerment (under eight years of age) and drug possession after police say she overdosed inside of a vehicle while a child was in the back seat. Once revived with Narcan, Kloepfel admitted she was using Fentanyl mixed with Xanax, which police found the remainder of inside her purse. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $27,500.

Mother has son arrested when he breaks into her home to eat a meal in her kitchen — Tyrell Stokes

Felicia Stokes called Metro Nashville Police after coming home from work to find her 32-year-old son, Tyrell Stokes, sitting in her kitchen eating a plate of food. She says her security camera captured him using a can opener to break into the back door of the apartment earlier in the day. Stokes says he only came inside because he had nowhere else to go. New MNPD Trainee, Officer Andre Williams, charged Stokes with aggravated criminal trespass and transported him to booking. He remains jailed in lieu of a $500 bond. This was his first arrest in Metro Nashville.
