64-year-old Craig Kitch was charged with driving under the influence after having his vehicle become stuck in a Bellevue homeowner’s driveway. Kitch would later confess to consuming two vodka and tonic drinks before operating his vehicle.
36-year-old Bradley Walters was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence after fleeing from the scene of an accident and being found intoxicated with a marijuana grinder.
Kevin Helm, 23, passed a MNPD officer, doing 44 in a 35 mph zone. He then admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking a small amount of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with DUI, simple possession, and resisting arrest.
