William A Williams tells Mapco manager that he’ll “slap her up”

51-year-old William Williams was taken into custody for assault on May 11th. Officers were called to the Main Street Mapco gas station, where they spoke with Marlyna Jefferson, the store manager, who stated that at around 3:50 p.m., one of her employees had called her advising that Williams was aggressively panhandling their customers. Jefferson said she approached him to tell him he was not allowed to be there, to leave, and that he was trespassing, during which he started yelling derogatory, offensive, provocative slurs at her while threatening to “slap” her up, causing her to fear for bodily injury and call the police.

Jonathan Elliott booked after causing disturbance with motorcycle in Exxon parking lot

25-year-old Jonathan Elliott was one of 10 to 20 individuals causing a disturbance with their motorcycles in the Exxon parking lot on April 7th. Staff at the location alerted the authorities, advising that they did not want any motorcycles on the property. Upon arrival, officers warned several people, including Elliott, to leave the establishment or they would be subject to arrest. Then, officers left and returned about an hour later to find Elliott still there. Officers discovered that Exxon had an active trespass waiver and cited him for the incident that day. Elliott was later booked on the citation of criminal trespass on May 10th.

Richard Fletcher caught with 4 grams of marijuana at BNA pickup area

21-year-old Richard Bernard Fletcher III illegally parked his black Nissan Maxima and did not move from the Departures Level Curbside at Nashville International Airport around 10:15 a.m. on May 13th. The parking spot had multiple visible “no parking” and “no waiting” signs. When officers arrived, they noticed the Nissan with a dark-tinted windshield that they could not see through and approached it. They spoke with Fletcher, who rolled his windows down and reeked of marijuana as he told them he was waiting for his friend. He then refused to provide them with his driver’s credentials or move from the spot.

Officers ordered him to exit his vehicle several times before he complied. During a subsequent search, they found a small bag with 4 grams of marijuana “shake.” While officers tried to detain him, he became resistive, not placing his hands behind his back. Fletcher was taken into custody for failure to comply with a traffic order, resisting arrest, simple possession, and a tinted window violation.

Arthur McQuiston Jr. booked for carrying firearm despite being convicted felon since 1998

64-year-old Arthur McQuiston Jr. was openly carrying a firearm at a Metro Park on May 12th. Officers observed this and approached him, and McQuiston told them he was the volunteer security guard at an event occurring at the park. McQuiston could not provide officers with a security license or a handgun permit. While verifying his handgun status, officers discovered he was convicted of a felony in 1998. McQuiston was taken into custody for being a felon in possession of a handgun.

Former police officer Terry Hardin beats wife for “not listening” to him

71-year-old Terry Hardin had a domestic incident with his wife, Patricia Hardin, at their Holiday Windlands South apartment on the morning of May 13th.  When officers arrived, Terry became very confrontational, telling them, “You can leave now. I am not talking to you, and you can’t come into my residence.” Officers spoke with Mrs. Hardin, who stated that her husband had abused her repeatedly, physically and mentally, for years, adding that she had been scared to notify them due to him previously being a police officer. She said he hit her on her back several times for “not listening” to him. Mr. Hardin was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Zachary Webb punches girlfriend in mouth after being woken from sleep

28-year-old Zachary Webb had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Kaitlyn Dash, and roommate, Emma Lovette, at their Percy Warner Boulevard residence in the early hours of May 13th. Webb spoke with officers, telling them that he came from work and went straight to bed, which was when Dash told him to get out of bed. After he refused, she punched him in the mouth, so he pushed her. Dash screamed for Lovette to help her, and he pushed her when she entered the room. Deputies spoke with Dash, who stated that she went to “discuss some issues” with Webb, during which he became argumentative and punched her, causing her bottom lip to bleed. Lovette confirmed coming to help after Dash screamed for her and added she did not remember how she got the knot on her forehead. Webb was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for two counts of domestic assault.

Allan Santiago charged after officers find crack cocaine on him at booking

20-year-old Allan Santiago was taken into custody on May 12th for two other separate charges. While being turned over to DSCO custody, officers discovered Santiago possessed crack cocaine on his person. Officers confiscated the narcotics, then placed him into custody and charged him with contraband in a penal institution.

Christopher Boykin headbutts girlfriend after she complains that she wants to go home

24-year-old Christopher Jeremiah Boykin had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Brena Danielle Lawrence, near 13th Avenue South in the early hours of March 15th. Lawrence alerted the authorities, advising them that she and Boykin argued after she let him out of the car to talk with one of his friends. Lawrence said he was taking too long and wanted to leave, which upset Boykin. Then, Lawrence stated Boykin got in her face and headbutted her, leaving a visible bruise above her left eye. Lawrence said she got in her car, drove to her apartment, and called the police. A warrant was issued for Boykin’s arrest that day. Boykin was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 13th. Boykin was also previously arrested in February 2023 for a carjacking on December 13th, 2023, in Clarksville, TN.

DUI: Arturo Dabon tells officers he had “too many beers”

27-year-old Arturo Alcala Dabon was observed passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle near the Old Hickory Boulevard and Saddlecreek Way intersection on May 12th. Medics woke him up and placed him in the back of the ambulance. When officers arrived, firefighters told them Dabon showed signs of impairment while exiting the vehicle. They asked Dabon what happened, and he replied, “Too many beers.” He performed poorly during sobriety tests, and after being informed of implied consent, he agreed to provide a blood sample. Dabon was transported to Nashville General Hospital and was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

Haley Clark assaults boyfriend while driving because she thought he stole her cigarettes

26-year-old Haley Clark had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Marquel Taylor, near Exit 10 on Briley Parkway North on March 15th. Taylor told officers that Clark was driving when she accused him of stealing her cigarettes. When Taylor told her he did not, she got angry and pulled her car over to the shoulder. Taylor said their argument escalated, turning physical as Clark started scratching his neck and slapping him in the face. Taylor said he exited the vehicle and started walking away while calling the police, adding that Clark drove off before their arrival. A warrant was issued for her arrest that day. Clark was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 16th.
