Madison Kroger Employees arrested after cashback fraud scheme — Zakkyah Boleyjack & Diane Colt

18-year-old Zakkyah Boleyjack & 37-year-old Diane Colt were both recently booked into the Metro Nashville Jail after having embezzled over $3,400 from a Madison Kroger. The pair initially worked together, where one would log in and create a cashback slip while the other would log in and pull the money. AFter Boleyjack was no longer employed, Colt continued the thefts on her own. In total, Boleyjack pocketed $1,080, while Colt took home $2,380 in cash. Both are charged with felony theft and are free on pre-trial release.

Opry Mills Adidas Outlet employee charged in retail return fraud scheme — Kelly Etheridge

28-year-old Kelly Etheridge faces a felony theft charge after confessing to embezzling over $2100 from the Adidas Outlet in the Opry Mills Mall by pocketing money from fake returns. After loss prevention confronted her, she admitted to the theft, which took place over a few weeks. She is free on pre-trial release.

Nashville woman found a year after embezzling over $3,800 from Wash Me Express

30-year-old Christine Humes was charged with theft of property when Wash Me Express provided security footage to police that revealed her hiding cash after she removed it from a drive-up kiosk.

Barnes & Noble employee caught embezzling by making fraudulent refunds to herself

19-year-old Cori Barbee was charged with theft of property after her employer, Barnes & Noble, caught her embezzling money with the help of her girlfriend.
