Five Nashville Bail Bondsmen, including Michael Story, Donald Dixon (former DCSO), Courtney Poe, Tanya Mayhew Lawrence (former DCSO), & David Fletcher, were all arrested on Friday. This stands out, because David Fletcher was a part of this group, and every bondsman in Nashville just got chills when they read that name. Susan Hammer, 60, was arrested on April 10th for her 3rd DUI after she crashed her vehicle on Bell Rd, and was released on April 13th with bond conditions that specifically state “defendant is prohibited from possessing or consuming alcohol, and defendant shall be arrested for any offense” On Friday, April 27th, Susan Hammer showed up to her DUI probation meeting at 110 James Robertson Parkway at around 2:15 PM. Davidson County Pre-Trial Release Program Reform Starts NOW! #BailReform

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Davidson County Pre-Trial Release (PTR) program, administered by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO), began implementing new procedures this week after nearly two years of evaluation. Stakeholders, including General Sessions Court judges, the Davidson County District Attorney General’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, Metropolitan-Nashville Police Department, Criminal Court Clerk’s Office, and the DCSO, all participated in the study process.
