DUI: Luxury Realtor Jodie Barringer overdoses after taking ‘pill from a friend’ and driving; revived by NFD

57-year-old Josephine ‘Jodie’ Barringer was booked this week on an outstanding citation from May charging her with DUI. Nashville Fire says they were the first to arrive at the scene on May 4th to find Barringer unconscious in the driver’s seat of her Volvo XC60, which had crashed on Woodmont Blvd, striking a fire hydrant and a utility pole. First responders administered 4mg of NARCAN, and she regained consciousness while being loaded into the ambulance. She admitted to taking a pill that a friend gave her prior to driving but denied knowing what it was. Officers say she was sweating profusely and was very disheveled in her appearance. She was transported to the hospital and given a state citation in lieu of arrest.

Realtor Hayley Thornton charged after throwing drink in face of bouncer at Whiskey Row

23-year-old Realtor Hayley Thornton and her boyfriend, Liam Chatham, were in an altercation at Whiskey Row earlier this month, and while Chatham was taken into custody as one of his charges was a felony, Thornton was issued a state citation charging her with assault, on which she self-booked this week. The citation alleges that Thornton was attempting to get into the bar via a side door that wasn’t for public access, and when she was denied entry, she reportedly threw her drink in the face of a security guard. She was booked on the citation and was given a court date to appear in September.

DUI: Rapping Realtor Houston Parks says he got high “minutes before driving” — Weed & Cocaine

35-year-old Nashville Rapper & Franklin Realtor Houston Parks told Metro Nashville Police he smoked marijuana “minutes before driving,” according to an arrest warrant obtained by Scoop: Nashville overnight. He also confirmed the powder in his pocket was cocaine. Parks maintains an active real estate license with the state despite a 2006 DUI and drug possession charges, a 2007 charge for selling ‘woo’ (fake cocaine) and fleeing from police, a 2009 MNPD Undercover Information operation that caught him with a felony amount of cocaine, and yet another DUI charge in 2010. Nashville Realtor gone wild in battle with ex-boyfriend — Jeniste’ Bell & Matt McKeon both arrested

Nashville Police say 38-year-old Nashville Realtor Jeniste’ Bell was in an argument with her live-in ex-boyfriend, 37-year-old Matthew McKeon, when things got out of control Sunday. She asked him to leave their shared home and reportedly struck him in the back with a tire iron during an argument when he refused. He says she also fired a shot at him from her gun, and neighbors confirm hearing a gunshot. In response, McKeon reportedly broke several items in the home, hit her in the head with a metal bolt, and tossed a brick through the window of her GMC Yukon.

Drunken Texas Realtor & statue fondler charged after assaulting security guard, hurling racial slurs in Music City

39-year-old David Allen Touchet, a Texas realtor visiting Nashville, was jailed this weekend after he was reportedly being drunk and disorderly at the Renaissance Hotel and refused to go up to his room when asked, instead choosing to hurl racial slurs at a security guard, while punching another in the throat. He also fondled a statue of Loretta Lynn.

Nashville’s Rapping Realtor charged after thrusting grandmother backward on couch of their shared home

31-year-old Realtor Jeremiah Jaskulski (known for his deep voice in his commercials), also known as recording artist ‘Jeremiah J’ is charged with domestic assault after police say his grandmother sustained injuries when he picked her up with both hands in their shared home, wrapped his arms around her shoulders, and threw her backward onto a couch.
