Jack Sheer (19), Cade Kark (18), and Andrew Chung (18), were all jailed Wednesday after a traffic stop led Belle Meade Police to discover multiple fake IDs, a cow’s head with liquor bottles and a bong inside, rolled up dollar bills, and baggies and baggies of cocaine. The boys claimed “some guy gave them the cocaine in the parking lot”. One of the teens is the son of Jason Sheer, owner of the Tin Roof Nashville.

Police say 20-year-old Randall Shores admitted to drinking alcohol before sideswiping another vehicle in a downtown Nashville parking garage late Saturday night and determined he was heavily intoxicated. However, by the time Officer Zachary Maxa arrived, he says Shores was outside the vehicle with his keys in the pocket of his shorts, so he couldn’t charge him with DUI – instead, he charged him with public intoxication, which was automatically dismissed.

19-year-old Zeineb Charles was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, consumption of alcohol under 21, and resisting arrest when someone reported a fight and when officers arrived they encountered her angry, confrontational, screaming, and hitting cars.

Metro Nashville police describe the breath of underage Brennan Bailey as ‘a strong odor of lake water, and a lesser odor of alcohol’. It appears after crashing his car, Bailey is alleged to have grabbed his drug stash of alcohol, a bong, 2 bowls, and his passport, tossing them near a creek where he also washed out his mouth.

18-year old Nicholas Vaughn Parmer is charged with using a false ID to obtain alcohol, underage consumption, and felony vandalism after he told police he used the fake to drink at Lonnie’s Western Room – Karaoke Bar & Piranhas Nashville, and had been at the Travis Scott concert, while they were arresting him for breaking the glass out of a 2nd ave storefront.

Saturday morning at 3:17 AM, D’Essence Smiley was found passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle, at the intersection of 21st Ave S & Broadway Ave in Nashville, TN. The vehicle was blocking a lane of travel, and when MNPD officers approached the vehicle, they found D’Essence Smiley slouched forward and unconscious in the driver’s seat, according to a police report.
