Jessie James Upchurch, 61, (and frequently seen with Fast Fredie) appeared in General Sessions court today to answer to a burglary charge from a July 17th incident on the 800 block of Boscobel, where he was caught stealing an air compressor, both in video and still photos while the crime was in progress.
