Man signs warrant on neighbor who asked his wife if she’d like to enjoy his large non-white sex organ.

#EastNashville: In the most unique application of the law we’ve ever observed, 28-year-old Deonte Osborne is charged with disorderly conduct after yelling to his neighbor’s wife, Natasha Commeau, asking if she enjoyed oral sex, and informing her that he had a large black sexual organ for her to enjoy. The husband, Travis Commeau, signed the warrant for disorderly conduct, and somehow a night court commissioner signed it. Osborne is free on pre-trial release. [explicit details in story link…]

Lipstick Lounge patron charged after becoming too drunk to be in public — Francis Castellucci

Metro Nashville Police say 34-year-old Francis Castellucci had been drinking at the Lipstick Lounge in East Nashville and became angry with other patrons who were leaving and began to harass and threaten them. Due to his high level of intoxication, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Another football fan arrested for being too intoxicated at Titans’ game – Taylor Denney

MNPD Officer Megan Arnett made a second arrest of an intoxicated person at the Titans’ game Sunday… 31-year-old Taylor Denney was reportedly causing a scene inside the stadium, having trouble standing on his own, and refused to leave on his own, so she took him into custody and charged him with #PublicIntoxication. Denney was also flagged to serve the full eight-hour hold before being released.

Vodka & Poppers: Nashville man charged with late-night DUI — Michael David Grout

31-year-old Michael David Grout admitted to having two Vodka drinks before driving Sunday night, and police found a bottle of cassette head cleaner (AKA poppers) which he admitted he would huff. He is charged with DUI and free on pre-trial release.

Nashville Weedman shoots customer in face during argument over price/quality of product — Travar Yarber

27-year-old TravarYarber met Milan McDaniel at a Mapco in Madison to sell him some marijuana. When the two argued over the price for the quality and quantity presented, Yarber retrieved a gun to rob the man and shot him in the face, with the bullet lodging in his brain. The victim survived and is recovering well. A warrant was issued for Yarber’s arrest, and he was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail earlier this week. He is jailed in lieu of a $262,500 bond.

Florida Man causes scene at Whiskey Bent Saloon after losing wallet — Justin Cook arrested

38-year-old Justin Cook, of Florida, says he lost his wallet at Whiskey Bent Saloon in downtown Nashville. During his search for it, he reportedly was pushing and shoving patrons, and when security intervened he resisted and fought with them, causing them to strike him in the face. Police were called, he continued to be belligerent and causing a scene, so he was taken into custody, charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He is free on pre-trial release.

Woman slams car in reverse and backs over a friend out of anger, breaking her leg during an argument

44-year-old Angela Briley was booked on an outstanding warrant Friday, which detailed she was arguing with a female friend who got out of the vehicle they were in, then put the car in reverse and backed over before fleeing the scene. The victim suffered a broken leg and required plates and screws during surgery to repair the damage.

DUI: Man runs red light in front of patrol car, blows nearly double BAC limit

27-year-old Connor King is charged with DUI after Metro Police Sgt. Paul Stein says he was behind the man when he ran a red light while traveling on Gallatin Pike. He admitted to having “a couple of drinks”, and said he normally uses an Uber.

Piercing Pagoda employee confesses to forged returns scheme totaling near $5,000

33-year-old Jaurice Pegues is charged with pocketing nearly $5,000 in cash from Piercing Pagoda in Opry Mills Mall. He admitted to the crime and wrote a detailed confession to management when confronted with the evidence.
