UK Tourist Thomas Bockmann jailed in Nashville after bar fight

26-year-old English tourist Thomas Bockmann was arrested following an altercation at Nudie’s Honkey Tonk bar early in the morning on October 15th. After officers received the call for a fight in progress, they arrived at the scene and contacted the security at the Broadway bar. The security at Nudie’s stated that the defendant and his friend were attempting to enter the bar, but appeared too intoxicated and were denied entry. At this point, Bockmann and his friend began yelling at security before the defendant’s friend tried to push past them. Security stated that Bockmann then ran up to the altercation and struck one of the security officers in the face, initiating a fight. Due to the information provided by security and observed behavior, Bockmann was placed into custody and booked shortly after on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Riley Elizabeth Ebert bites the thigh of MNPD Officer during arrest; kicks another

22-year-old Riley Elizabeth Ebert is jailed on a $6,500 bond after biting MNPD Officer George Poulos on his leg, as her teeth ripped his pants, kicking him in his thigh, and kicking Officer Dennis Diesel twice. Officers encountered Ebert as she was standing outside a black truck that was parked in the center of Broadway in downtown Nashville. The driver, her boyfriend, stated she was extremely intoxicated and continued to jump out of the vehicle at least three times prior to police arrival. She refused to stay inside the vehicle and was eventually taken into custody. During the arrest, she was combative and assaulted both officers. 

Tourist Ryan Horgan found drunk, disorderly, and confused at Schermerhorn Symphony Center

28-year-old Ryan Horgan was found by MNPD officers and NFD outside Nashville Schermerhorn Symphony Center lying on the sidewalk on August 26th. Ryan was unable to stand on his own and the officers could not locate his friends. He also refused medical attention and could not tell police where he was staying. During the investigation, police could smell alcohol on his breath and determined he was intoxicated by his actions, so he was placed into custody for public intoxication.

Adam Bozeman jailed after fight in downtown Nashville

25-year-old Adam Bozeman was observed fighting with two other individuals in the middle of the intersection at 3rd & Broadway in the early hours of Sunday morning in downtown Nashville. He swung at one of the individuals with a closed fist and missed. The victim then stepped up and pushed Bozeman back onto the ground. As Bozeman started the altercation, he was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. The victim didn’t wish to prosecute for the assault. 

Joshua Watch charged with assault outside of Jason Aldean’s bar in downtown Nashville

22-year-old Joshua Watch was witnessed by police participating in a fight outside of Jason Aldean’s bar on Broadway on July 23rd. Police broke up the fight between Joshua and the victim, Antonio Maldonado, then Joshua fled. They spoke to Antonio, who said that an argument started inside Jason Aldean’s. They were all kicked out, and then the argument continued outside until Joshua shoved and began hitting Antonio in the face. Antonio positively identified Joshua Watch and said he knew him. Police chased Joshua, eventually catching him; he resisted arrest by not cooperating with the demands for him to put his hands behind his back before finally being placed into custody.

Brandi Knight too drunk and disorderly in downtown Nashville during CMA Fest

Police say 29-year-old Brandi Knight was attempting to enter parked marked police vehicles on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning. Police observed her, and she began to walk away but could not maintain her balance and fell to the ground. She was visibly intoxicated and taken into custody as she was unable to care for herself in the crowds of CMA Fest.

Karla Sparks slaps a woman in downtown Nashville in front of police officers

29-year-old Karla Sparks and her friend were yelling, “that crackhead robbed us and assaulted me!” as downtown officers noticed them on Broadway in front of Lucky Bastard Saloon late Saturday night in downtown Nashville. Officers determined to gather more information, but both individuals were very uncooperative and refused to give any more information. They began to yell at officers to “Arrest her!” but would not give any further information on what occurred or why. As officers began to speak with the other involved individual, Sparks ran up and smacked her in the face in front of officers. She was taken into custody for the assault of Janna Forsythe, and disorderly conduct.

Victor Garcia — too drunk for downtown Nashville

39-year-old Victor Garcia was found “slumped over and swaying back and forth” on the sidewalk on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning. Officers spoke with him to check on his welfare and noticed he reeked of alcohol. Garcia agreed to get a rideshare, but then realized he didn’t have a phone with him, and didn’t know the numbers of anyone to retrieve him. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Tayla Redmond — too drunk for downtown Nashville

28-year-old Tayla Redmond was found yelling and screaming and random patrons at a downtown Nashville bar in the early hours of Sunday morning. She caused such a disturbance that Metro Nashville Police responded to the venue. Redmon continued to be disruptive and was eventually taken into custody and charged with public intoxication after she refused all other efforts to assist her.

Michael Arnold found with two handguns after DUI traffic stop on I-440

34-year-old Michael Arnold of Bethesda, MD, was traveling over 90 mph on I-440 when he swerved and nearly struck a police patrol vehicle Saturday evening. Officers conducted a traffic stop and found Arnold to be extremely intoxicated and reeking of alcohol. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.247% BAC on a breathalyzer. Inside the vehicle, officers discovered four empty Whiteclaw cans, one empty Twisted Tea can, and two consumed screwdrivers. A Glock handgun was located in the driver’s side door, and a Colt revolver was in an unlocked compartment.
