Lebanon man claims Sumner County Commissioner forced him to withdraw money from ATM; calls 911 & chases him

Lebanon Police say 21-year-old Travis Gaither called 911 and claimed Sumner County Commissioner & State Representative candidate Luke Tinsley forced him to withdraw cash from an ATM and give it to him. Gaither then chased the vehicle, providing updates to the dispatcher, asking police to meet him at Tinsley’s house. The investigation showed the money was a loan, and he didn’t think he had to pay it back. He was charged with misuse of 911 and possession of the marijuana in this glovebox. Gaither is Tinsley’s former campaign manager for his State Representative run.

24-year-old Jaylen Stonerock was charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and DUI after police pulled him over for making an illegal U-turn.

53-year-old Sharyn Wells and 29-year-old Mark Yurt were charged with child neglect and unlawful possession of a controlled substance after the couple overdosed in Mapco while their 13-year-old son was waiting in the car.

Group of adults and juveniles break into Cane Ridge High School

19-year-old Deonte Franklin, 18-year-old Daunte Young, and 18-year-old Temara Spain were charged with burglary and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Deonte was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. These charges arose after they and 3 other defendants were found Cane Ridge High School after hours without permission to be there.
