Chad Taylor attempts to break into BMW to get someone he knew out of the trunk

44-year-old Chad Taylor was on Church Street messing with Marian Pinson’s parked BMW on December 4th. A witness stated he observed Taylor walking a dog while holding a suitcase. They said Taylor then took a flashlight out of the suitcase and struck the parked car’s window, causing him to believe that Taylor was breaking into it, so he called the authorities. Officers arrived, located Taylor walking on 1st Avenue, and detained him. Taylor was seen on Metro Security cameras hitting the window of Pinson’s BMW with a flashlight, confirming the witness’s statement. Officers told Pinson about the incident, and she wishes to prosecute Taylor. Taylor was asked about the BMW and told officers he thought he saw someone he knew in the vehicle’s trunk, so he tried to break the window and get the person out. Taylor was taken into custody for attempted burglary.

DUI: Natali Hossman causes accident, tells officers “There was no crash”

36-year-old Natali Hossman was jailed on November 11th after causing a crash on Broadway and 8th Avenue South. Officers spoke with Hossman, who appeared to be responding slowly. She was sitting in the driver’s seat with her car running in drive and her foot on the brake. The officers instructed Ms. Hossman to park and exit her vehicle. She couldn’t walk normally and slurred as she admitted to drinking alcohol before driving. When asked by officers if there was any physical altercation, she responded by stating there was no crash or altercation. She then performed poorly on sobriety tests and was taken into custody.

Charlie Boyer arrested after refusing to leave a downtown Nashville store

28-year-old Charlie Boyer was jailed on March 31st after he refused to leave the premises of a store near 12th Avenue S and Broadway. Officers were working on a lane closure and went to a nearby business for a meal break, where they were flagged down by an employee and told that Boyer was refusing to leave. Police also asked Boyer to leave and told him the employee didn’t want him around the store. Boyer told police that he was not from the area. Police told Boyer that he would be arrested for trespassing if he didn’t leave, but he still refused and was arrested for criminal trespassing.

Nashville Police arrest man on drugs at Rescue Mission — Patrick Miller

31-year-old Patrick Miller was pointed out by the staff of the Nashville Rescue Mission to the police as someone who wasn’t allowed to be at the mission. Officers spoke with Miller, who refused to leave as he had nowhere else to go, and noticed he had very dilated pupils and was making incoherent statements. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication.

Daniel Alarcon, 18, drinks an entire bottle of liquor, would rather go to jail than hospital

18-year-old Daniel Alarcon was initially sent to Skyline Hospital for treatment when officers encountered him due to his young age and extreme level of intoxication. Upon arrival at the hospital, he became extremely belligerent and refused to obey any directives from medical staff. Officers attempted to de-escalate the situation so he wouldn’t have to go to jail, but he refused all attempts and continued to disrupt the usual business of the hospital. He was eventually placed into custody after he stated he would “rather go to jail than stay in the hospital.” Once they attempted to place him in cuffs, he stated he wanted to “just go home” instead. Alarcon admitted to drinking an entire bottle of liquor.

Too late for tears: Allen Stevens charged with punching his girlfriend in her face, she punched him back

33-year-old Allen Stevens is now charged with the domestic assault of his girlfriend, leaving her bleeding from the mouth after he punched her – and she returned the punch, also causing him to bleed. The couple got into an argument at a downtown convenience store, which caught the attention of employees and police. Stevens is held on a $1,000 bond and additional warrants out of Knox county and appears red-faced and teary-eyed in his mugshot.

36-year-old Lauren Blane and 37-year-old Antonio Rosas-Mendoza were charged with punching Blane’s ex-boyfriend and smashing a beer bottle over his head causing significant injuries.
