23-year-old Zachary J. Minton is charged with public intoxication, vandalism, and resisting arrest, after Metro Police say he was at Play Dance Bar when he vandalized a stranger’s car, pushing officers who were attempting to arrest him, and eventually attempted to kick the window out of the patrol car several times once inside.
25-year-old Tyler Anderson is charged with public intoxication and vandalism after police say he lost his shirt and scaled a fence at Play Dance Bar. When he reached the roof of the club, he jumped onto the pavement below, and took his drunken rage out on at least 5 vehicles, knocking off mirrors and vandalizing them.
Joey Newkirk, 39, arrested and charged with assault, after an incident that included the beating a local realtor after he was unconscious on the ground, and participating in the beating of a female friend, leaving her unconscious in the water. His brother, Nathaniel Clay Rice, who also participated in the above assaults, punched another friend/witness when he asked what happened, before the two casually walked away from the scene.
