Metro Nashville Police say 27-year-old Nicholas Daniels took Ecstasy on November 29th before moving the furniture around in the lobby to “build a fort” in the Marq Music Row apartments on Division Street. After the fort was built, he discharged a fire extinguisher on the floor “to fight some demons,” he later explained. He repeatedly explained to the officers he was talking to CNN & BBC as he looked into their body-worn cameras. Daniels was taken into custody for his own safety and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
29-year-old Derek Pascoe says he was high on molly(MDMA) when police found him banging on the door of 3 Crow Bar in East Nashville at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday. The manager called Metro Nashville Police after the man was yelling through the door at staff. Police found him to also have a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person and determined him to be a danger if left alone in public. He was transported to booking, and charged with public intoxication.
23-year-old Taishawn Collins was charged with contributing to a minor, paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, MDMA, and a weapon after he was found to have weapons and narcotics in the vehicle during a traffic stop.
28-year-old Sabastain Daugherty was charged with a felony drug offense after selling ecstasy to a police operative in March and was arrested five months later.
Who knew you could inject MDMA (ecstasy)? Officers found Burt Daxton & Callie Combs in possession of a syringe that tested positive for MDMA, along with clear rock form of it, too. In total, 85 grams.
#Donelson: Christopher Fun, 26, and Alan Servin, 29, are free on pre-trial release after Metro detectives executed a search warrant in Donelson Monday, resulting in the discovery of a THC wax manufacturing operation, and the seizure of over three-quarters of a pound of marijuana, edibles, LSD, MDMA, & money.
Delvin Howard, 34, remains in a Nashville jail tonight, after police found 40 grams of cocaine, 47 grams of crystal meth, 8 grams of MDMA, $4,765 in currency, a gun, and multiple cell phones, in a search. Police went to the home to investigate a credit card fraud case, and smelled marijuana coming from the suite.
40-year-old William Howse says he was forced to sell drugs, in order to pay for a needed surgery, because of a lack of medical insurance. He was arrested after a traffic stop, which revealed marijuana, cocaine, and ecstasy in his vehicle. He is held in lieu of a $114,000 bond.
Kedrick Ross, age 27, now has 7 physical arrests covering 24 charges, another 6 citations, and 4 grand jury indictments – all related to selling & using drugs in Nashville, and that’s not counting his multiple probation violation arrests. His most recent arrest was on Thursday, when he was observed selling drugs in the Watkins College of Art parking lot.
Kevin Hunt, 36, answered the knock at the door, at which time officers got an overwhelming smell of marijuana emanating from the room. That would result in finding methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, & ecstasy, in the Wallace Road motel room.
