Clarksville couple indicted on 37 charges including rape, incest, and continuous sexual abuse of a child

Clarksville husband Christopher Monson was charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual battery, 9 counts of incest, 7 counts of rape of a child under 13 years old, 3 counts of rape, 2 counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, and criminal attempt to commit rape. His wife, Christy Monson was charged with 2 counts of duty to report – abuse/ neglect/ etc., coercion of a witness, and tampering with or fabricating evidence.

24-year-old Morgan Payne is charged with selling fake heroin. Goodlettsville Police say she admitted to buying heroin and cutting it with Benefiber before selling it to her friends, however, none of the ready-to-sell white substance, packaged in lottery tickets, tested positive for any controlled substance.

32-year-old Lindsey Nicole Phillips is charged with vandalism and domestic assault after police responded to her house twice in the same night. After they left the first time, she allegedly threated her brother for being a “M–F–in’ police caller”.

21-year-old Ft. Campbell soldier Jamie Burton was charged with public intoxication in Nashville after he started a fight with another subject and then became aggressive with Metro Police as they interveined.

Maybe it’s a man, maybe it’s methamphetamine.

Metro Police have charged Wesley Odell with vandalism after he threw a chair through his South Nashville motel window, believing there was someone outside pointing a gun at him. He told officers he recently relapsed on methamphetamine and had been awake for two days.

39-year-old David Bonds is charged with violating an order of protection, after he used Facebook messenger to attempt to profess his love to his estranged wife, via her sister. He was out on a $1500 bond for domestic assault at the time of his arrest.

Matthew Stokes, 23, of Albertville, AL was arrested and booked into the Metro Nashville jail on a charge of domestic assault after an altercation with his wife at Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse in downtown Nashville. He wanted to leave, she didn’t. He allegedly grabbed her by the arm and punched the elevator beside her.

Nurse admits to diverting pain meds from 20+ patients at St. Thomas West Hospital

A newly released disciplinary report shows that Registered Nurse Jessica Rayburn has admitted to diverting narcotics while working at St. Thomas West in Nashville. Her license has been suspended for a minimum of six months.
