25-year-old Jordan Stone was jailed Thursday afternoon after attempting to strangle his boyfriend, Nyitrell Debardelaben. The two had an argument after Stone was talking on the phone with someone else. The scuffle originated in the bedroom and then spilled into the hallway of the Creekwood Drive apartment. Once in the hallway, Stone reportedly placed both hands around Nyitrell’s neck and attempted to strangle him. Officers documented visible marks on the victim’s neck.

Tourist Chad Cox whipped it out and was getting pleasured at Whiskey Bent Saloon

42-year-old tourist Chad Cox was in a closed section of Whiskey Bent Saloon early Sunday morning with his pants around his ankles and his wife performing a sexual act on him. Security asked him to pull up his pants and move along, but on the way out, Cox became aggressive and began to shove bouncers, upset about his failed performance. He was extremely intoxicated and was transported to booking and charged with disorderly conduct.

Chance Morehead drank at work at downtown bar before earning DUI on 2nd Ave — 0.204% BAC

32-year-old Chance Morehead told police he had “two drinks” while working at a bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville before attempting to drive the wrong way onto 2nd Avenue in the early hours of Sunday morning. As Entertainment District officers alerted him that it was a one-way street, he attempted to turn around but drove all the way onto the pedestrian sidewalk. A traffic stop was conducted, and it was apparent he was heavily intoxicated. Morehead performed poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a 0.204% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Sarah Loer — too drunk for downtown Nashville on Friday afternoon

49-year-old Sarah Loer was observed by Metro Nashville Police officers working the Entertainment District just after lunch Friday as she drunkenly stumbled on the sidewalk. She was visibly intoxicated, with her wallet exposed from her purse, with money hanging out of it. She was unable to take care of herself and refused all medical assistance. She was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Adam Gaskins realizes he’s being catfished by his girlfriend; wrestles to take phone

40-year-old Adam Gaskins was jailed Saturday after being ‘catfished’ by his girlfriend, Madison Raye Poradish. She reportedly was using her phone to secretly catfish Gaskins to test his loyalty when he realized it and became extremely upset. He admits to grabbing the phone from her in an attempt to see more about the catfishing. She jumped on him and the two wrestled over the phone. Officers charged him with attempted theft of the phone and transported him to booking.

Soldier Wyatt Gibson was no match for Nashville’s alcohol — public intoxication

24-year-old soldier Wyatt “Gingy” Gibson was observed walking (mostly stumbling) in the street barefoot along 10th & Broadway in the early hours of Friday morning, appearing to be very intoxicated. As officers made contact to check on his welfare, Gibson laid down the road. He was unable to tell officers who he was, how he got there, and was unable to locate his phone or provide any contact information for anyone who could retrieve him. He refused medical transport and was taken to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication.

Liam Bailey facetimes girlfriend so she can watch him cut her rug in half with scissors

23-year-old Liam Bailey was jailed Friday, charged with vandalism after cutting her rug in half with scissors. Mackenzie Snyder called the police to report her boyfriend, Bailey, Facetimed her after the two had been arguing about her leaving the apartment and she did so. She answered the video call, during which Baily cut up her rug. During an interview, Bailey admitted to the rug rampage and also admitted to throwing her clothing on the floor in a fit of anger.

Canadian Jacob Dougherty brawled with security at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville

28-year-old Canadian Jacob Dougherty was being escorted out of Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville when he reportedly punched a bouncer, Ronald Eugene Spencer, in the face, impacting his left eye. He and security then brawled, resulting in Metro Nashville Police responding to the bar and transporting him to booking.

Joseph Hamelin’s wild night at Kid Rock’s Bar in downtown Nashville

28-year-old Joseph Hamelin was at Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville Thursday night, where he was extremely intoxicated and throwing things at other patrons. Security made contact with him and asked him to leave, a request he refused. A second bouncer soon arrived, and he was escorted to the stairwell, where he fell to dead weight and refused to move. He assumed the fetal position and told bouncers he wasn’t going anywhere, but “y’all can take me wherever.” He was handcuffed, and police were called to transport him to night court. While in the back of the patrol car, he vomited, earning him another charge. Once inside booking, Hamelin told his friend, who was also in booking, “I puked in that fucking dude’s car!”

Brian Maza charged with personal marijuana possession by petty Airport Police Officer

22-year-old Brian Maza was charged with simple possession of marijuana by Airport Police after he was observed speeding on airport property, where he also works. During the traffic stop, Airport Police Officer Ahmed Aly said he could smell marijuana, so he conducted a search of Maza’s vehicle. A small amount of personal marijuana was seized, and Maza was issued a state citation. He was booked on that charge this week.
