Davidson is charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication and is free on pre-trial release.

Less than a month after his 21st birthday, Alexander Hargis faces a DUI charge after officers stopped him for an issue with his front headlight. Upon approaching the vehicle, empty cans of White Claw and an open bottle of Jim Beam were immediately noticed. Hargis agreed to a breathalyzer and blew a 0.22 BAC. He is free on pre-trial release.

Nashville lawyer Rachel E. Taylor charged with DUI after I-40 crash, blows 0.151 BAC

32-year-old Nashville corporate healthcare attorney Rachel E. Taylor blew nearly double the legal limit, a 0.151 BAC, after a crash on I-40 late Wednesday night. She reportedly told officers she was attempting to follow the directions from her GPS when a vehicle cut her off and she over-corrected, causing her to lose control and crash into a guard rail. Former MNPD Cop, now Florida Man, charged after smashing adult daughter’s phone, twice — Ryan Sledge

49-year-old Ryan Sledge, a former MNPD Officer who now lives in Florida, found himself in a Nashville Jail Tuesday morning after what was described as a “domestic disturbance” at Jonathan’s Grille which began late Monday night. Witnesses report observing Sledge smash his daughter’s phone on the ground twice after an altercation. Sledge admitted the phone was initially in his daughter’s hand, and he pushed the phone, but would not elaborate more than that. Ryan Sledge was booked and released in just over 2 hours, posting a $1,000 cash bond.

Dude, that’s not your friend’s car… Drunk man climbs inside stranger’s car — Tavis Cobb

21-year-old Tavis Cobb was leaning against a car in the Commerce St garage downtown Sunday night, believing it was his friend’s vehicle. When someone came up to the car and unlocked it, Tavis climbed inside, too intoxicated to realize it was neither his friend, nor his friend’s vehicle. He was unable to call anyone, he didn’t have a phone with him, and only knew he was “in Nashville”. Cobb was charged with public intoxication and taken to booking for the night.

Man chases neighbor with traffic cone, throws game controller at cop — Kevin Sullivan

MNPD Officer Gregory Scott charged 30-year-old Kevin Sullivan with assault of an officer when he says Sullivan threw a video game controller at him during a mental health crisis, and while it did not hit him, he states he was “in fear of being hurt by the object”. Sullivan was also charged with vandalism after breaking a neighbor’s windshield with a piece of furniture, and another assault charge when he threatened to shoot the same neighbor, who says he was in fear he would follow through with the threat. Sullivan remains jailed in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

33-year-old hotel front desk clerk George Theoharide used a ruse to get a guest who was celebrating her 18th birthday alone in a room on the 3rd floor of the GLO Best Western Hotel in Nashville. While holding the door where she could not leave the room, he reportedly asked if she was really 18, and offered to give her the room for free if she just “laid down on the bed” and was “mature about it”. Connor House charged in aggravated assault of two Rebar Midtown bouncers using beer bottle

27-year-old Connor House is free on a $30,000 bond, charged with the felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon of two bouncers at Rebar Midtown. Shane Jenkins and Noah Cahours say House threw and shattered a beer bottle, causing them both to sustain visible injuries. They detained him after a brief chase, until police arrived.

At the time of this arrest, Connor House was free on a $15,000 bond from A Around the Clock Bonding after causing $17,000 of damage to his parent’s home when they locked him out. At the time of that arrest, he was also free on another $17,000 bond with the same company, after two domestic assaults on his girlfriend.

Metro Nashville Police say 34-year-old Francis Castellucci had been drinking at the Lipstick Lounge in East Nashville and became angry with other patrons who were leaving and began to harass and threaten them. Due to his high level of intoxication, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
