Zackary Herder says someone stole his vehicle & wrecked it — that someone was him

27-year-old Zackary Herder called police to report his vehicle as stolen on February 16; however, the responding officer just happened to be the same officer who had worked a hit-and-run accident two days prior, in which Herder had been identified as the fleeing driver. When confronted, Herder admitted he was the driver and no one stole his vehicle. He was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident with damage over $1,500. He was booked on that citation this week.

29-year-old Kelley Colbert makes her 3rd appearance on Scoop: Nashville in 3 years, once again charged with the domestic assault of her on-again/off-again lover, Ryan Mitchell. In the past, she bleached all of his clothes in 2019, and in 2022 she was caught on video scratching her ex-boyfriend and destroying his vehicle by smashing it with a large rock, breaking out windows, and keying it on three sides. Making her 2023 debut this week, she was jailed on an outstanding warrant from December, which alleges she attempted to gain entry to Ryan’s bedroom via a connecting bathroom. As she attempted to break down the door, she screamed, “I’m going to kill you!” which rightfully made Ryan fear for his life. He fled the residence, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Teen found passed out on stimulants with pants down at Goodlettsville Motel 6 — Steven Ellis

Goodlettsville Police found 19-year-old Steven Ellis passed out in a vehicle at Motel 6 on Cartwright Street just after 5 a.m. Sunday. Ellis had his feet on the ground, laying face-first into the passenger seat of a vehicle with the door open and his pants below his knees. He was unable to provide a room number, nor any friend’s information, and was unable to care for himself. He admitted to being under the influence of a stimulant. He was booked into jail, charged with public intoxication. Scoop: Wilson covered Ellis in October of 2020 after he fired a gun at a man who spoke to his girlfriend at a convenience store.

Poice say 32-year-old Sade Deshay Harris appeared at J. Alexanders in June, where she found her ex-boyfriend and father of her child, Cheyenne Turner, who was dining with a female at the table. She reportedly asked “so you’re out to eat with a girl?”, grabbed silverware from a nearby table, chased him into the parking lot, and used the knife to stab him in the stomach and head, telling a stranger “I’m finna kill him!”. Sade Harris remains jailed in lieu of a $500,000 bond on the charge of attempted murder, and other related charges. Man bleaches girlfriend’s clothes, smashes bricks through her window — Jalen Radford arrested, again.

Metro Police located 22-year-old Jalen Amier Radford at the entrance of the Flats at Walden Grove with all of his belongings early Monday morning. His girlfriend says he bleached her clothes then tossed bricks through the window of her car. He is also charged with assaulting her when he wrestled her to the ground, leaving her with a bruised finger, scraped knee, and scratches.

Nashville police arrested 27-year-old Syrus Jenkins Monday morning, who they say was clearly under the influence of unknown substances, and 90 minutes later he was free on pre-trial release, skipping the standard hold for public intoxication arrests. 5 hours after his release, he entered a family’s attached garage and attempted to gain entry to their home via the inner door. They grabbed a machete and waited 18 minutes for MNPD to arrive.
