A routine traffic stop in North Nashville, where both occupants of a vehicle denied having drugs and refused a strip search, resulted in DCSO Booking officers finding their buttocks stuffed with heroin and cocaine. Ladarrius Page & Ronnie Sims were arrested.

MNPD has stolen car remotely powered down on interstate, Alex Oldham arrested

Alex Oldham, 24, remains in a Nashville jail today, in lieu of an $85,500 bond, after he led police on a chase in a stolen car. MNPD eventually had the car remotely powered down, and took him into custody, along with his marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine.

Metro Police, along with postal inspectors from the USPS, intercepted a package of 3.61 pounds of black tar heroin in route to an Antioch home on Friday, and conducted a controlled delivery to the Griggs Place address. Henry Enriquez, 23, free on a $75,000 bond.

2 adults overdosed on Heroin in hospital parking lot, 2 children in car

When officers arrived to Summit Hospital after midnight Thursday night, they found a vehicle running, with the rear doors open, no heat on, with two adults passed out in the front seat, one with a syringe inserted into his arm, the other with an uncapped syringe beside her on the console. In the back seat were two small children, ages 9 and 7, crying and shivering while the 30-something degree wind blew through the open rear doors.

Uber driver charged for transporting man selling Heroin & Fentanyl, agents exposed during arrest

MNPD, Lebanon PD, and the WCSO all worked together to take down 30-year-old heroin distributor Isaiah Richard Gates Tuesday, and his uber driver, Tariku Bulit, after a long-term investigation. During the arrest, Gates ripped open a large bag of powder heroin in an attempt to destroy the evidence, and several officers were exposed to the the heroin.
