Nashville Police save 2 women from intoxicated ‘fake’ Uber driver mid-trip

Metro Nashville Police saved two women from a potentially dangerous situation last week, as they were in a vehicle they believed to be their Uber. The stranger driving them, Milian Tesfay, had picked them up on West End and had driven them out of the way of their destination, and was no Uber driver at all.

MNPD negotiates with ‘sovereign citizen’ who is “provoking his 5th amendment right” for 35 minutes before it ends badly for him.

Metro Nashville police encountered sovereign citizen Devin Chesser on May 6th during a traffic stop. The man refused all requests, including rolling down his window, providing identification, or even speaking to them. A Sergeant arrived and negotiated with him for 35 minutes, while parked in a lane of traffic. He was eventually extricated from the vehicle by force.

Nashville Man blames ‘karma’ as reason he brutally assaulted woman

Kenteris White (aka Stantale McBride), 32, remains jailed on a $100,000 bond in a Metro jail after police say he ambushed a woman arriving home from work, pushed her inside her apartment, and brutally assaulted her on May 8th. He told police “I went overboard assaulting her, but it was probably karma coming back on her”

Nashville ‘Silence the Violence’ 2nd Survivor Summit to be held Saturday

There’s a group of people in Nashville that want to help make sure Nashville’s youth make it back to school next year, and ‘survive the summer’. They’re members of the Nashville Kappa League, and they lost a fellow McGavock student and athlete, Dontae Drew, to gun violence in December. Man demands breath test to prove sobriety: blows .245, 3x legal limit.

Brant Peter Adam put his car into a grass median as he was followed by an Officer early Thursday morning. He then demanded a breath test to prove his sobriety. Twice. The officer obliged, and Brant Adam blew a .245, over 3 times the legal limit of .08 in Tennessee.

Joshua Whorley told police he stole because he “needed the money”, but he also needed a custom magnet to unlock the shelf holding the PlayStation games – so he made one, and brought with him to Walmart Wednesday, where he was arrested, and his case was completed less than 24-hours later.
