Bouncers at Jason Aldean’s pin drunken man to the ground — Michael Bracken-Baker

22-year-old Michael Bracken-Baker was pinned to the ground by security on the fourth floor of Jason Aldean’s bar in downtown Nashville Sunday due to his disorderly conduct. Metro Nashville Police officers were alerted to the scene and quickly arrived. Bracken-Baker was ordered to stand and place his hands behind his back but refused. Officers were able to get him cuffed and had to carry him down the steps due to his level of intoxication. Once outside, he was placed back onto his feet, at which time he kicked the two officers who were walking behind him. 

When the fire engine arrived, a drunken Sean Woods climbed underneath it…

38-year-old Sean Woods was booked June 3rd after police were flagged down by a witness stating that a man was passed out in the grass beside the Exxon gas station on Broadway. When police arrived, they saw Woods lying on the ground, obviously impaired. When the fire department arrived, Woods crawled under the fire truck. Police were able to get the defendant out from under the truck and stand him up. He declined medical treatment and refused to be transported to the hospital. Due to his level of intoxication, police determined Woods to be a danger to himself and attempted to take him into custody, but he resisted by pulling away and kicking multiple officers in their legs while yelling racial slurs. Woods continued to kick at officers while being placed in the back of the patrol car.

Tationia Harris jailed after beating up strangers who she thought were looking at her

27-year-old Tationia Harris was being dragged into a vehicle near 5th Ave South in downtown Nashville on May 27, causing nearby officers to take notice and respond to the car immediately. Her boyfriend, who was the driver of the vehicle, explained to police she was trying to start fights with random people on the street, and he was trying to get her safely home, despite her intoxicated state. Officers interviewed nearby citizens who reported that Harris randomly attacked them as they walked by. She was yelling, “What are you looking at?” to anyone who passed by before attempting to take them to the ground. She continued this in the presence of police. She told police she didn’t like the way people were looking at her so she was beating them up. It was immediately obvious why her boyfriend dragged her into the vehicle, and officers took her into custody. During her arrest, she punched an officer in the face and then went limp, demanding they carry her to the vehicle.

Hector Lopez attempts to bite officer who arrested him for public intoxication

20-year-old Hector Lopez was jailed on Sunday after police saw him sitting on the ground covered in dirt. Officers could smell alcohol coming from his body as he stood to speak with them. The story Lopez told police wasn’t making sense, and he kept trying to lead officers to an apartment. Lopez was having difficulty standing still and was unsteady on his feet. He was taken into custody due to his level of intoxication, and on the way to booking, he attempted to bite Officer McCluskey.

Adam Dalessio Comi spits in cop’s face after being booted from Whiskey Row

27-year-old Adam Dalessio Comi became disorderly at Whiskey Row on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Sunday night. Security at the bar detained him due to his level of intoxication and attempted to escort him outside. Metro Nashville Police responded to the commotion and found Comi to be extremely intoxicated and prepared to take him into custody for public intoxication. While swapping handcuffs with security, Comi violently resisted being re-cuffed and spat in the face of an officer. He continued to resist and spit in the back of the patrol car while being transported to booking.

Casey Daff charged with assault of police officer during drunken dispute downtown

Metro Nashville Police encountered 33-year-old Case Daff during a call for another incident they were investigating at 7th & Broadway in downtown Nashville Friday afternoon. During the investigation, Daff was observed to be visibly intoxicated and repeatedly walked up on officers. He was ordered to stand back, and in response, he smacked away Officer Kency Le’s hand. As he was being detained for assaulting a police officer, he tensed up and was taken to the ground. He continued to make threats and challenge the arresting officer to a fight while at booking.

Tatiana Maldonado free on pre-trial release after assaulting Nashville Police Officer

22-year-old Tatiana Maldonado is free on pre-trial release after police say she punched MNPD Officer Peyton Wheatley in the back of the head multiple times in the early hours of Saturday morning. Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative responded to a fight call in downtown Nashville and made contact with Tatiana and her boyfriend, who was in a fight with others. As officers attempted to break up the altercation, the parties were not complying with commands. As Officer Wheatley was attempting to detain her boyfriend, Tatiana struck the officer in the back of the head multiple times. Officer Dennis Diesel took her into custody, and she was charged with assault of an officer.

Parker Jones spits in officer’s mouth, kicks another in testicles after fighting parents

Police say 18-year-old Richard Parker Jones (AKA rparkeyjones from the forklift video) was in an argument with his parents, upset they would not co-sign a car loan for him. Officers responded to the Whitworth Way home of Donald Bradly Jones and Beth Higgins Jones on the afternoon of January 16 after the teenager had punched his father in the face and head before placing him in a choke-hold in a fit of rage. The mother’s 911 call states her son was attempting to strangle his father, then pushed his mother. The parents eventually restrained him, but he escaped their grasp after a short time and began to punch holes throughout the walls of the home before fleeing. Officers encountered him nearby, and as they were taking him into custody, he kicked Officer Blake Langford in the testicles, spit into Officer Jared Dick’s mouth, and spit on Sgt. Ky Luu. Jones was restrained and contained, and transported to booking. At the time of his arrest, Jones had an outstanding warrant charging him with the theft of two cases of White Claws from a Nashville Mapco store.

Tourist Jonathan Becnel so drunk the jail refused to take him #VisitMusicCity

21-year-old Jonathan Patrick Becnel was sitting on the ground outside of Nudie’s Honky Tonk when officers working the Entertainment District Initiative stopped to check on his welfare as he appeared very intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Becnel was unable to stand on his own, and as officers attempted to get him to medics, he began to push and get away. He was then taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest as he was combative during the entire encounter. Once at booking, DCSO staff refused to accept Becnel due to his extreme level of intoxication, so he was then taken to Metro General Hospital via ambulance.

Florida Man Rasheed Knight shoves cop while interfering with an investigation downtown

Metro Nashville Police were responding to a fight at Ole Red on Broadway in downtown Nashville and had detained one of the involved parties. Suddenly, 34-year-old Rasheed Knight walked and inserted himself into the situation and attempted to pull the involved party away from police and out of the venue. Officers explained they had to collect some information from the other party, and Knight then shoved Officer Butler with both hands while swearing and shouting. Knight was quickly taken into custody and transported to booking.
