Elijah Sartin charged with DUI after drinking at a few Nashville bars

22-year-old Elijah Sartin admitted to having “3-4” pints of beer when police found him at the scene of a car accident. Around 1:30 am on July 31st, MNPD officers arrived at a scene of a car accident that involved Elijah and spoke to him. He told police that before driving, he had consumed three to four pints of beer that night after he went to some bars. Officers noted that he smelled strongly of alcohol and had him perform a sobriety test. He showed several indications of intoxication during the test, so police had him perform a breathalyzer test. The test resulted in Elijah blowing a 0.154% BAC, which is almost two times the legal limit, so he was placed into custody for a DUI.

Anthony Flores charged after drunken antics at Losers Bar & Grill in downtown Nashville

26-year-old Anthony Rene Flores attempted to interfere with security at Losers Bar & Grill in downtown Nashville as they were detaining another individual late Saturday night. As Metro Police arrived to take the other individual into custody, Flores then began to interfere with the officers. Security relayed that before they detained Flores, he yelled and reach toward the back of his waistband, then balled up his fists, took a fighting stance, and lunched at the bouncers. Due to his extreme level of intoxication, Flores was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Gabriel Gallienm, 20, drunk and disorderly at Duke Street AirBNB in Nashville

Just before 1 a.m. Tuesday, Metro Nashville Police responded to an AirBNB on Duke Street for a reported disorderly person. Officers made contact with several others nearby the AirBNB unit along with the subject of the call, 20-year-old Gabriel Gallien, who was extremely intoxicated and belligerent. While several people in the area stated Gallien had assaulted another person, no one would speak directly with police from the AirBNB unit, and all but one left the scene. Officers were content with leaving the area after the one remaining friend had mostly calmed him down, but as officers were preparing to clear the scene, Gallien pushed his way past the remaining friend and ran into the common area between the rental units. He then continued to yell, curse, and scream while waking up people in other units and causing a scene. As officers were placing him into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, Gallien refused to comply and pulled away multiple times before being restrained.

Taneka Hayden charged after stabbing boyfriend in back at Dickerson Pike Sonic

31-year-old Taneka Hayden remains jailed on a $51,000 bond after police say she stabbed her boyfriend, Jacob Reimann, in the back with a green kitchen knife at the Sonic on Dickerson Pike, which officers eventually retrieved from her bra and it was blood-covered. The victim says the couple has been dating for approximately four years, and while they were at Sonic, a car drove by and someone inside it “cat called her using a racial slur.” She believed her boyfriend was taking up for the person in the vehicle and began to assault Reimann with punches to the face and then almost immediately stabbed him in the back, as confirmed by witnesses at the location. During an interview, Hayden claimed the stabbing was in self-defense, claiming he had punched her first, but witness accounts disputed this version of events.

A concerned citizen observed 31-year-old Emily Warren drunk driving while nearly passed out near the intersection of N 11th St and Gallatin Ave in East Nashville. 32-year-old Nashville Musician Emily Otteson is charged with the domestic assault of her roommate, Country singer Zach Hinson. Hinson called 911 to report Otteson had thrown a steel half-gallon water jug at him, striking him in the shin, as the two were having a verbal argument about rent. Hinson was perched atop the kitchen counter while she was at the kitchen table. Neither left their seats during the argument. The situation initially calmed down after the assault, however, as things became heated again, Hinson says he was afraid she would throw a pencil at him. When asked why she threw the steel container at him, Otteson stated: “to shock him, push his energy away.”

Canadian TikToking Trucker Samuel Plourde found drunk and lying in roadway; laughed when asked how much he drank

24-year-old Canadian Trucker Samuel Plourde, who has a substantial following on Tiktok, was found lying in the middle of the right turn lane of Woodland Street just after 4 a.m. Thursday. Nashville Police say he reeked of an “extreme odor” of alcohol, and just laughed uncontrollably when asked how much he had to drink. DUI: Where are you going? “Just a few licenses away” — Samuel Fruend, arrested

Metro Nashville Police found 29-year-old Samuel Fruend slumped over in the seat of his vehicle, which was parked in the middle of a lane of travel in East Nashville. As they woke him up, they asked where he was trying to go, to which Fruend replied “just a few licenses away”, and was unsure what part of town he was in. He stated he had one drink at Basement East before the incident, and more drinks at another bar before that. He eventually blew a 0.165% BAC and was taken into custody.

Local man climbs atop Nashville Symphony fountain, lets it all hang out and flow — Kyle Colella arrested

24-year-old Kyle Colella is charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication after Metro Nashville Police say he climbed atop the extravagant fountain outside the Nashville Symphony in downtown Nashville, exposed himself, and began urinating into the fountain. An off-duty officer working security detained and he was transported to booking, deemed too intoxicated to care for himself. He is free on pre-trial release.
