DUI: Jackson Brady pulled over for fleeing accident, tells police he didn’t know

22-year-old Jackson Brady collided with a Toyota Tundra in his blue Kia on the interstate near Jefferson Street early January 28th. Officers located the two vehicles at the Stewarts Ferry Pike and Bell Road intersection and noticed the Tundra following the Kia. So, they activated their sirens, initiating a traffic stop on the Kia. Brady was slow to stop and exhibited many signs of intoxication during their interaction. Brady advised that he didn’t know he had hit a vehicle and consented to sobriety tests, where he performed poorly. Brady told them that he was going home from work, then admitted to consuming alcohol before driving. Brady was taken into custody for driving under the influence, failing to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, and failing to give information.

Kim William charged with DUI after crashing into a tree at campgrounds on Stewarts Ferry Pike

42-year-old Kim William is charged with driving under the influence after crashing his black Ford F-150 into a tree on Stewarts Ferry Pike early Sunday morning. First responders treated his minor cuts and bruises, and police say he was visibly intoxicated and had trouble walking with medics. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and explained he was dropping his friend off at the campgrounds, but was unable to speak on how much alcohol he had to drink.

Trey Faulk booked on vandalism citation for kicking a car after an argument

21-year-old Trey Faulk was jailed this week on an outstanding citation, charging him with vandalism. Police say on March 11th, Faulk got into an argument with another person at a Mapco on Stewarts Ferry Pike. Despite the other party leaving the scene to de-escalate the situation, Fault followed them to the adjacent Thornton’s to continue the argument, where he kicked the victim’s car door.

19-year-old Trevor Burke was charged with theft of property, theft of a firearm, burglary of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of a weapon, and evading arrest when he fled from police after “breaking into more vehicles than he can count.”

31-year-old Jordan Gay is facing multiple charges after was found with 30 grams of heroin, 8 grams of meth, a meth pipe, a Glock handgun, and a Winchester rifle, after selling drugs to one of Metro’s confidential informants and was arrested in a Dollar General parking lot on Stewarts Ferry Pike.
