Early Sunday morning on April 8th, according to an arrest report, Joseph ‘Joey’ Paul Scerbo was sitting at a bar inside Top Golf Nashville. He ordered a beer, and paid with a $100 bill. A very observant bartender noticed that the bills was counterfeit, marked with ‘Motion Picture Use Only’ on the fake cash. Lady accompanies man to his hotel, steals credit cards, Spends $9800, he remembers nothing.

Eugenia Sierra Gordon, 31, was arrested Friday, after an investigation that found she accompanied as man back to his hotel room in Nashville, stole his identity, his credit cards, his iPhone and spent over $9,800 the next day. On the night of March 12th, Kent (the victim) met a female in a downtown Nashville bar, and brought her back to his hotel room. Davidson County Pre-Trial Release Program Reform Starts NOW! #BailReform

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Davidson County Pre-Trial Release (PTR) program, administered by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO), began implementing new procedures this week after nearly two years of evaluation. Stakeholders, including General Sessions Court judges, the Davidson County District Attorney General’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, Metropolitan-Nashville Police Department, Criminal Court Clerk’s Office, and the DCSO, all participated in the study process. On 04/04/18, MNPD Officer Blake Lutz stopped Geral Mushi for running a stop sign at Blairfield & Ohara Drive. Danterion D Darden, 18, is in a Nashville jail this morning on a $101,000 bond after he physically drug his girlfriend (and mother of his child) through the mud and into his vehicle and held her against her will (kidnapping). Andre Zontell Petty was driving his green Chevy Camaro while speeding across the Jefferson Street Bridge. Upon contact with MNPD, Petty presented a Tennessee I.D. card. A records check revealed his license status to be revoked. While MNPD was speaking with the Petty, detectives asked for consent to search his vehicle.
