De’Eric Clark charged with disorderly conduct after punching off-duty police officer at Whiskey Row

29-year-old De’Eric Clark was charged with disorderly conduct after fighting with security guards at Whiskey Row this weekend. Security guards flagged officers down and stated that Clark was attempting to take bottles from the VIP area and informed him that he needed to leave. Clark continued to be resistive and swatted at the security guards’ arms while they escorted him out. When they were able to remove him from Whiskey Row successfully, he turned around and punched an off-duty police officer in the chest. Officers arrived and placed Clark into custody for disorderly conduct and were advised that the off-duty officer would prosecute for the assault.

Gage Henry jailed after fighting with bouncers & fleeing from police in downtown Nashville

23-year-old Georgia man Gage Henry was at the Nashville Underground in downtown Nashville early Saturday morning when he attempted to exit the venue with a food tray. When security confronted him about leaving with their property, he began to fight them and refused to return the tray. He fled on Broadway toward Kid Rock’s Bar, where he was detained by Metro Nashville Police. Gage then slipped the grasp of officers and fled to 4th & Demonbruen before being apprehended by officers. He admitted to punching the bouncer and fleeing from the scene. 

Tourist Charles Jordan punches cop in face at Omni Hotel; pre-trial release

It took multiple officers to take 35-year-old tourist Charles Jordan into custody at the Omni Hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning. Jordan was not a guest at the hotel but was drunkenly walking the hallways, causing a disturbance. He was asked to leave by an off-duty officer and refused. He shoved the officer away, making physical contact, and then punched him in the face, leaving him with a visible bruise under his left eye. Additional officers arrived, and after a brief scuffle, Jordan was taken into custody.

Craig Everson charged after plowing through parking garage exit gate

43-year-old Craig Everson was booked Monday on an outstanding citation charging him with vandalism. Police say he was a customer of the parking garage at 210 Commerce Street and had difficulty with the exit gate of the garage. Instead of seeking assistance, Everson drove through the gate and arm, causing approximately $1,000 in damage.

Drunken airline passenger John Enloe jailed after causing scene at Nashville Airport

Airport Police responded to a disturbance at Gate C10 Thursday, where an American Airlines Pilot simply pointed at 44-year-old John Alexander Enloe, who he described as “the man in the red shirt.” Enloe, who was visibly intoxicated, told police he was actually the victim of an assault. He explained that another passenger continued to place their bags in what he considered to be a public walkway, and he continued to move them out of the walkway. The other passenger made contact with Enloe’s hand as it was on their suitcase, and Enloe claimed an assault.

Officers advised Enloe he could go to the magistrate’s office and swear out a warrant if he wished to prosecute for the perceived assault. Unhappy the police were not arresting his alleged assailant, Enloe began screaming and dramatically replaying the events leading up to the officers’ arrival. He was screaming at uninvolved flight crews and cursing with children present in the area. After he refused to calm down, Enloe was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Brian Mayers charged after bringing a gun to a fight in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police encountered 45-year-old Brian Mayers of Georgia at 3rd & Broadway after he had just been involved in a fight with multiple other individuals. None of the other individuals wish to prosecute for the assault. While speaking to Mayers, officers noticed his level of intoxication and his inability to care for himself. He was taken into custody for public intoxication. During a search incident to arrest, a loaded Springfield Armory 9mm handgun was located in his waistband.

Anthony Cooper charged with public intoxication at Wendy’s on Harding

36-year-old Anthony Cooper was found at the Wendy’s at Harding Place late Sunday night, where police say he was “heavily intoxicated” as he was attempting to walk into traffic. Officers prevented him from getting hit by oncoming cars and offered to have medics respond so he could get checked out and possibly go to the hospital and sober up/receive medical care. Cooper refused all medical assistance and refused to identify himself, resulting in his arrest for public intoxication.

Metro Police were dispatched to Victory Ave on May 13th on a disorderly person call. They met with Tymber Fullard, who explained she and friends were visiting Nashville from Georgia to attend a concert. She says her former roommate, 21-year-old Abigail Haley Millsap, followed her from Georgia all the way to Nashville with the intent to harass the group of friends. Millsap reportedly threw a bottle of liquid onto Fullard, causing a “slimy orange-colored liquid” to spill onto her legs, boots, and hands, as the bottle shattered. Millsap fled the scene before police arrived, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.

Soldier Sean Puzewski was found drunk & unconscious in downtown Nashville

28-year-old Sean Puzewski was located unresponsive and heavily intoxicated in front of Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning. Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative arrived to assist, along with medics from the Nashville Fire Department. He was already loaded onto the medic’s cot when he came to and began to unbuckle the safety straps and then refused any and all medical assistance. Due to his level of intoxication and inability to care for himself, he was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
