Nashville Musician booked on 3-year-old suspended license warrant — Emma Kathleen Zinck

24 -year-old Emma Kathleen Zinck was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Thursday on an outstanding bench warrant stemming from when she failed to appear for her booking date on a driving without a license state citation she received in 2018. She was originally stopped in West Nashville just before midnight with a headlight out when the officer discovered she was driving on a suspended Virginia driver’s license. He issued her a citation, and she never showed up for court. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest in May of 2018 and had been outstanding until yesterday. She was ROR’d from custody.

Musician Bitty Ladd punches friend in mouth, causing $10K in dental repair #Arrested

Police say 23-year-old musician Bitty James Ladd admitted during an interview to punching his friend, Jeffrey Webb, after a night of drinking in downtown Nashville. The assault resulted in two disfigured teeth, pain, and over $10,000 in medical costs. Ladd is charged with felony aggravated assault resulting in serious injury, and is free on a $2,500 bond.

Musician charged with groping woman’s breasts at Tin Roof Nashville — Jonathan Sepulveda

“Yes, of course I grabbed her breasts!”… those are the words 33-year-old Jonathan Sepulveda reportedly said to the victim’s husband when he was confronted about his actions at the Tin Roof Bar on Demonbreun Sunday night. Court records indicate he was a stranger to the victim. Multiple witnesses corroborated the assault and the admission. Sepulveda is free on a $10,000 bond, charged with felony sexual battery.

45-year-old Arthur ‘Arty’ Robinson work at Paradise Park on his motorcycle, and by the time he reached Watertown city limits he was doing 73 in a 45 mph zone, which was the most exciting moment the tiny town of 1500’s police department had for the entire week. After officer Nick Deck made the arrest for DUI, Robinson decided to unleash a verbal assault on Officer Deck, offering to “f— you in the booty”, and detailing what a “sad b—-” the officer was. Musician Brian Elliot Hyken charged with DUI after colliding with a fire hydrant in East Nashville

31-year-old Brian Elliot Hyken, who performs under the name “Brian Elliot” says he had “3 gin & tonics” at the Pearl Diver in East Nashville before he ran over a curb to collide with shrubbery and a fire hydrant in the early hours of August 31st. He refused a breathalyzer and was charged with DUI. He is free on pre-trial release.

45-year-old musician Shannon McClung was charged with driving under the influence and unlawful possession of a controlled substance after he crashed his vehicle on Interstate 40 and it was later revealed that he overdosed on narcotics while behind the wheel.
