19-year-old Aaliyah Malone is charged with theft after police say she fraudulently moved $600 from her cash drawer at Walgreens to her Cash App account while she was working at the location on May 8. On the same day, she reportedly took an additional $87 in cash from the cash register.
20-year-old Brittany Eakes remains jailed after her arrest earlier this week on both a new and old felony theft case. In her latest attempt at greatness, Eakes admitted to stealing $4,875.50 in gift cards from Walgreens at 5600 Charlotte Pike.
The theft was discovered by the accounting department at Walgreens, which also archived the videos of the thefts.
29-year-old Alvin ‘Bud’ Dupree has been formally booked on the criminal charge of assault. The citation was initially issued to him after a January incident at a North Nashville Walgreens store after a Sunday night game. He was given an extension on his original booking date earlier this month and has now been processed on the charge by the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.
#BREAKING: Metro Nashville Police formally issued Titans player Bud Dupree a citation charging him with assault of Walgreens employee Greg Butler. The charging document states “A group of subjects entered the store to shop. Some of the subjects got into a verbal argument with the victim. The subjects left, then re-entered the store with the defendant. The defendant then grabbed the victim and his phone. They then got into a physical altercation before the defendant left the location. Due to the victim being assaulted, the defendant is being charged with assault-fear of bodily injury.” Dupree will report for booking on the citation within three weeks.
23-year-old Alexis Jackson was charged with domestic assault after he told her to exit the vehicle during an argument, and she threw a hard plastic bottle at his face.
33-year-old Morgan Hammer was charged with criminal impersonation, assault, and drug paraphernalia after she bit a hospital security guard while MNPD was taking her into custody due to a warrant regarding her failure to be booked in June.
32-year-old Brandon King was charged with theft of property after a Walgreens employee reported him to officers for neglecting to pay for his gummy bears and case of hard lemonade.
28-year-old Jessica Lefevers was charged with theft of merchandise after leaving a Walgreens with items she had not paid for. She was identified by video surveillance and caught five months later.
37-year-old Richardo Jones was charged with five counts of aggravated assault, two counts of order of protection violation, two counts of conditions of release violation, and vandalism after he put out a Black & Mild and splashed a Gatorade on his ex-girlfriend’s face and then later rammed the vehicle of his child’s mother.
46-year-old Paige Sinclair was charged with public intoxication after she was found passed out in a Walgreens bathroom.
