Where’s Theo Von? A very drunken Mark Rouse would like to know

Police say 32-year-old Mark Rouse was threatening guests of the Hutton Hotel on West End late Thursday night, banging on doors and attempting to get into guest rooms. Security escorted him to the sidewalk, where en encountered Metro Nashville Police Officers. He could not give coherent answers as to why he was causing a commotion. He then tossed his fanny pack onto West End Ave in a huff, demanding to know where comedian Theo Von was. Rouse then stuck his fingers into Officer Strattons’ face while screaming profanities.

New Jersey Tourist Deanna Paul bites lover at hotel after night on Broadway

51-year-old Deanna Paul was jailed early Saturday morning after a fight with her lover, Zachariah Coker, at the Residence Inn by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt. The two were out drinking on Broadway in downtown Nashville Friday night when Zachariah decided to return to the hotel while Deanna stayed downtown. Once she returned to the hotel, Zachariah says she began to hit him in the face and bit his finger until she pushed him out of the room and locked the door. Deanna says she only bit his finger because he stuck it in her mouth while they were physically fighting. Officers documented injuries to the victim’s face and finger and took Deanna into custody, charging her with domestic assault.

DUI: Arjun Kaczor charged after crashing into utility pole on West End

25-year-old Arjun Kaczor was stumbling around outside his white BMW sedan when officers responded to 31st & Park Plaza in the early hours of Saturday morning. Kaczor had just crashed his car into a utility pole and was treated at the scene by Nashville Fire Medics. Officers say he reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Kaczor was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

Musician Fiona Maura Chalmers charged in West End DUI crash after drinking wine

22-year-old Nashville Musician Fiona Maura Chalmers crashed her white Nissan Rogue into a white pickup truck as she attempted to back out of a parking spot in the rear parking lot of the Holiday End on West End just after 10 p.m. Friday. Responding officers reported that Chalmers reeked of alcohol, and she admitted to consuming wine in the hour prior to getting in her vehicle. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking, where she was charged with DUI. West Nashville Wrecker Service towed her vehicle.

DUI: Taylor Schiel crashes Audi on West End, flees vehicle, pretends he wasn’t the driver to police

29-year-old Taylor Davis Schiel crashed his Audi in the middle of West End Avenue and exited the car before police arrived. As police were investigating the scene they noticed a nearby vehicle and spoke with one of the occupants, who told police he just stopped and wanted to make sure everyone was OK. Upon further questioning, he admitted his backseat passenger was actually the driver who fled the Audi, Taylor Schiel. Schiel was seen concealing multiple bottles of liquor, some of which were located in the Audi, including a half-empty bottle of Evan Williams. He was clearly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol, but told officer had had not consumed any alcohol. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

DUI: Jamie Westerhoff blows 3x BAC limit after crashing into tree

Nashville Police say 43-year-old Jamie Westerhoff drove her car into a tree next to oncoming traffic early Wednesday. She was sitting in the driver’s seat with the vehicle still in drive when officers arrived. She was unable to provide police with words in any order that made much sense, but she did blow a 0.247% BAC on the breathalyzer — over three times the legal limit in Tennessee. She was too intoxicated to perform field sobriety tests at the scene without being a danger to herself.

Nashville Police charge woman with felony aggravated prostitution due to HIV status

Nashville police conducted a sting operation this week, placing ads online and meeting respondents at a hotel near Elliston Place & 24th Ave North. 33-year-old Kaetlin Blakeman responded to an ad and agreed to have sex with an undercover detective for $250 an hour. As she was taken into custody at the hotel police found heroin in her bra, and it was discovered she was HIV+, which she also admitted in an interview post-arrest. She was charged with felony aggravated prostitution due to her medical status. A commissioner set her bond at $26,000.

Adam Dickie charged with promoting prostitution during West End sting operation

Metro Police say 36-year-old Adam Chase Dickie drove a woman to meet an undercover detective at a West End hotel this week during a prostitution sting operation. While the woman agreed to have sex for $250, Dickie drove her to the location knowing she was going to participate in prostitution, and he accepted gas money for his time and effort. He is charged with promoting prostitution.

Nashville Police charge Morgan Gray with prostitution & illegal handgun possession during West End sting operation

Once she arrived and accepted the payment she was taken into custody. During a search incident to arrest, officers located a handgun in her purse, and it was discovered she was a convicted Utah felon.

DUI: Woman found slumped over wheel after 4 beers & 2 shots — Cassandra Kioussis arrested

36-year-old Cassandra Kioussis says she had “four beers and two shots” shortly before police found her slumped over the wheel of her vehicle and intersection in front of them. When police asked her to put the car in park, she rolled forward, and then rolled down the rear window instead of the front. She would eventually blow a 0.179 % BAC and was arrested for DUI.
