Isabella Bouma says her 24-year-old ex-boyfriend, Evan Heskje, stole her MacBook computer and used her saved Amazon shopping login, which was tied to her parent’s credit card, to order multiple things and ship them to his address. He is charged with felony theft, and is free on a $5,000 bond.

Lipstick Lounge patron charged after becoming too drunk to be in public — Francis Castellucci

Metro Nashville Police say 34-year-old Francis Castellucci had been drinking at the Lipstick Lounge in East Nashville and became angry with other patrons who were leaving and began to harass and threaten them. Due to his high level of intoxication, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Antioch man covers wife with apple smoothie during 7AM argument — Zachary Glover arrested

38-year-old Zac Glover is charged with domestic assault after admitting to pushing an apple smoothie into the face of his wife during an argument Monday morning. She threw the cup back at him, but not before the smoothie mixture had covered her face, body, floor, and walls. Glover is free on a $1,000 cash bond.

Intoxicated man destroys musician’s car in downtown Nashville — Michael Strini visits music city

24-year-old Michael Strini was found in Downtown Nashville late Saturday night inside a car that didn’t belong to him, which he had destroyed by smashing the windshield, driver’s window, and mirror. Police say he was sweating profusely on a cool, rainy night, and left multiple dents and bloody body prints on the vehicle. He told police he had been “drinking heavily”, and later posted a $2,000 cash bond. Strini recently moved to Spring Hill, TN, where he noted on social media he was “visiting Nashville for a few months”.

Brawling Bros arrested after Broadway tussle — Travis Santos & Di’on King

20-year-old Di’on Lovell King of Nashville, and 32-year-old Travis Chas Santos, of Oakley, California, brawled on Broadway in September. Both parties were arrested by Metro Nashville Police. While it was unsure who started the initial argument, King claims Santos “walked up on him”. Officers had to pull Santos off of King. Both were charged with disorderly conduct. Neither party sought assault charges on the other.

24-year-old Jacob Elders was charged with #PublicIntoxication Sunday at the Titans’ game by MNPD Officer Megan Arnett, after she determined he was too drunk to take care of himself, and she says his ‘associates’ refused to be responsible for him. He spent the full 8-hour intoxication hold in jail before being released.

Nashville Weedman shoots customer in face during argument over price/quality of product — Travar Yarber

27-year-old TravarYarber met Milan McDaniel at a Mapco in Madison to sell him some marijuana. When the two argued over the price for the quality and quantity presented, Yarber retrieved a gun to rob the man and shot him in the face, with the bullet lodging in his brain. The victim survived and is recovering well. A warrant was issued for Yarber’s arrest, and he was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail earlier this week. He is jailed in lieu of a $262,500 bond.

Man charged with assaulting former employee outside Nashville courthouse — Robert Joiner arrested

57-year-old Robert Keith Joiner was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Tuesday on an outstanding warrant alleging he grabbed a former employee by the neck as he was exiting the courthouse and pushed him into a wall where he continued to assault the victim and take his cell phone, which he was using to record. The victim was treated for a hip and head contusion at a local hospital. A commissioner released Joiner, who is from Colorado, on his own recognizance without posting a bond.

Mitchell was then placed into custody for public intoxication. On the way to booking, Mitchell stated, “if I wasn’t half-drunk already, I’d pour you a drink” and “I’ve been high for 17 years”. 54-year-old Tony Earl Mitchell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on Sunday.
