Isabella Bouma says her 24-year-old ex-boyfriend, Evan Heskje, stole her MacBook computer and used her saved Amazon shopping login, which was tied to her parent’s credit card, to order multiple things and ship them to his address. He is charged with felony theft, and is free on a $5,000 bond.

Nashville socialite charged with assaulting husband, avoids 12-hour domestic violence hold — Katie Koban Braddy

39-year-old Nashville socialite Katherine “Katie” Koban Braddy was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Wednesday on an outstanding warrant from July, charging her with the domestic assault of her husband, William Henry Braddy, III. Court records allege she hit him with her hand, leaving an injury on his cheek, leaving him bleeding after the couple was in an argument at their home in July. Her husband reportedly asked to hold their child and reached for him in the crib when she hit him in the face and fled the residence, taking their son. In an extraordinarily rare move, the judge waived the 12-hour state-mandated domestic violence hold. She is free on a $1,000 cash bond, which was posted by her husband.

Man fills out job application before stealing from business on way out — Antonio Walker, Jr. #Busted

22-year-old Antonio Walker walked into the Olympus Group and filled out an application and provided all of his details, in hopes of receiving a job offer. On his way out, he managed to steal $300 in cash and a credit card from an office, and pull on door handles in the parking lot. He then proceeded to Cash America, where he spent over $500 on her credit card. Once she realized the items had been stolen from her purse, police reviewed the security footage, and she retrieved his application, which had all of his up-to-date information and identification. He is charged with theft and credit card fraud, and is free on a $3,000 bond.

DUI: Memphis magnate found asleep behind wheel, parked on downtown Nashville sidewalk — Stephen Tanzer

52-year-old Memphis magnate Stephen Tanzer was charged with DUI Wednesday night when he was found asleep behind the wheel of his running Range Rover just before 8 PM, which was parked on a sidewalk in downtown Nashville. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and admitted to drinking earlier. A nearly empty bottle of Blue Note Bourbon was located in the vehicle. Tanzer is free on pre-trial release.

26-year-old Scott Jones was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail wearing his fall-colored turtleneck in the early hours of Tuesday morning after police initially observed him driving a vehicle with tags that expired in 2020. During the traffic stop Officer Womack determined he was intoxicated, and though he initially claimed only “one drink”, he later admitted to having 2-3 glasses of wine and smoking marijuana before driving. Jones is charged with DUI, and free on pre-trial release.

Woman assaults mother, takes $10K from bank account, upset after DNA test result — Deborah Scales

53-year-old Deborah Scales took a DNA test which revealed the man she believed to have been her biological father her entire life was not her real father. Extremely upset, she confronted her mother about the results while assisting her with rice water therapy, as her father had just died. Court records and an investigation by Adult Protective Services reveal she threw the warm rice water on her mother, set off her LifeAlert bracelet during a physical struggle, and threatened to punch her elderly mother if she told the LifeAlert operator anything was wrong. She then took $10,000 from her mother’s bank account. She is charged with felony theft, interference with a 911 call, and domestic assault. She is free on a $29,000 bond.

Man forces underage boy who catfished him as a girl to delete intimate photos at knifepoint — Korey Lewis

21-year-old Korey Lewis is charged with the felony aggravated assault of an underage boy at knifepoint. Court documents reveal Kory met the underage boy, who was posing as a girl named ‘CJ’ on Snapchat and sent the person intimate photos of himself. At some point, he realized ‘CJ’ was a boy and demanded the photos be deleted. ‘CJ’ gave him his address, and told him to bring money to him and he would delete the photos. Korey, along with his father, and another man, went to the address. The father watched as Korey met the underage boy who had catfished him, and the other male from their vehicle joined in the chase of the young man, which ended with Korey “intimidating” him with a knife to get the photos deleted. As Kory began physically assaulting the young man, Kory’s father told him to let him go, and they fled the scene. Korey confessed to the incident at police headquarters when questioned, and was taken into custody. He is free on a $10,000 bond.

DUI: Singer/Songwriter Veronica Stanton charged after drinking “two beers” before driving at 3:30 AM

28-year-old Veronica Stanton, a singer/songwriter who moved to Nashville from Jenkintown, PA, was found swerving on Gallatin Ave just after 3:30 AM Monday. She admitted to having “two beers” earlier in the night. Police say she performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and was then booked into the Metro Nashville Jail. She is free on pre-trial release.

Man hides in stairwell & sprays bar employee with fire extinguisher — William Spielberg #LuckyBastardSaloon

Metro Nashville Police say highly intoxicated 30-year-old William Spielberg hid in the stairwell at Lucky Bastard Saloon in downtown Nashville, and when an employee was walking up the stairwell just before closing early Monday morning, Spielberg unleashed the spray of the extinguisher onto the employee. Spielberg was charged with public intoxication and booked into the Metro Nashville Jail.

Nashville Lifestyle Blogger (& DCS Worker) Brianna Soares charged in TWO assaults of her boyfriend after nights out drinking

27-year-old Brianna Soares, better known as ‘Breezzzzyy’ to her thousands of travel & lifestyle followers, and as Family Service Worker Soares to her co-workers at the Department of Children’s Services, was jailed Saturday on a new assault warrant, and an outstanding felony assault warrant, both documenting attacks on her boyfriend, Justin Bennett, leaving him bleeding and injured. In the first assault, she fled before police arrived, leaving her boyfriend bleeding with multiple cuts, bruises, and injuries from strangling him, striking him, and scratching him. Police issued a felony warrant at that time, which she was served with late Saturday when she is once again accused of attempting to grab his neck and assaulting him, both incidents occurred after nights out at local bars.

Soares moved from California to Tennessee during the pandemic, where she now works for the Department of Children’s Services. She recently wrote about her experience on MagnificentWorld.
