Wesley Hulsey strangles girlfriend, hides from police at Taco Bell

21-year-old Welsey Hulsey was jailed early Tuesday morning when he assaulted his girlfriend on Millwood Drive. Abigail Wood advised that she told Hulsey she was done with him, and he had to leave. This upset Hulsey, so he came up behind her, wrapped his left arm completely around her neck, and strangled her until she passed out. She woke up to find Hulsey pointing a knife at her and stating that he was not going to leave. Officers observed strained blood vessels in Abigail’s neck and noted her raspy voice. She advised that she had difficulty speaking and heard ringing in her ears. Hulsey had already left the scene before police arrival, but he was found at the Taco Bell on Murfreesboro Pike, where he stated that he did not touch Abigail. Hulsey was then placed into custody and transported to booking.

Cameron Lewis charged after threatening to shoot Antioch Taco Bell employee over wait times

39-year-old Eric ‘Cameron’ Lewis was issued a state citation for assault after he exited his Nissan Maxima and went inside an Antioch Taco Bell on June 13th and confronted employee Tykee Williams about the wait time, becoming very irate. When the front counter employee explained he was not going to be spoken to in that manner, Lewis reportedly stated he had guns in his vehicle and would get them and shoot the employee and come behind the counter and assault him. Lewis refused to answer any questions when police arrived and was issued a state citation.

Metro Nashville Police responded to the Taco Bell on the 2900 block of Gallatin Pike Wednesday night on a report of a disorderly person. Employees stated that 63-year-old Philip Davenport was stumbling around his 2003 Lexus SC430 in the parking lot. Police approached the man and observed his house key was in the ignition and the vehicle’s ignition key in the outside door keyhole. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests, Davenport stated, “I’m really drunk, aren’t I?”

The Metro Nashville Health Department has cited Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk Bar and 13 additional businesses for being out of compliance with emergency Health Department Orders. Dr. Caldwell visited Kid Rock’s after receiving a complaint about the bar on Friday night.
