Metro Nashville Police responded to the Taco Bell on the 2900 block of Gallatin Pike Wednesday night on a report of a disorderly person. Employees stated that 63-year-old Philip Davenport was stumbling around his 2003 Lexus SC430 in the parking lot. Police approached the man and observed his house key was in the ignition and the vehicle’s ignition key in the outside door keyhole. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests, Davenport stated, “I’m really drunk, aren’t I?”

33-year-old Stuart Dwight was charged with aggravated assault after strangling and throwing things at his girlfriend on March 31st during an argument over their dog urinating on their bed.
The Metro Nashville Health Department has cited Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk Bar and 13 additional businesses for being out of compliance with emergency Health Department Orders. Dr. Caldwell visited Kid Rock’s after receiving a complaint about the bar on Friday night. The citation was issued last night and a decision on the amount of the fine will be made during the court appearance.

Ian Mathis was arrested just before 3AM on Saturday morning, when he was found passed out behind the wheel at a Taco Bell drive-thru on Gallatin Pk in East Nashville. When police arrived at the East Nashville Taco Bell, they found Ian Mathis passed out in the driver’s seat of his vehicle. Sierra Lenigar was arrested on Wednesday evening after MNPD received multiple calls that she was pulling her pants down outside a store, and hitting vehicles. When officers arrived, she was “highly intoxicated” and when MNPD took her into custody, the officer noted she was also possibly under the influence of “some narcotics”. She began to cuss at police, and once handcuffed and in the back of the cruiser, she head butted the officer that was buckling her seat belt. She then kicked him multiple times in the hand and leg.…
