Man too drunk for Broadway tells officers “you’ll be on the news tomorrow” — Michael Reynolds #VisitMusicCity

46-year-old Michael Reynolds began to record Metro Nashville Police officers on Broadway in downtown Nashville, telling them you’re going to be on the news tomorrow!” as they were in the process of arresting him for public intoxication. Reynolds was outside of Honky Tonk Central causing a scene as bouncers would not let him back inside the bar. He became irate when officers asked him to leave and began yelling even causing a disturbance. He was charged with public intoxication and transported to booking. As it turns out, Reynolds would be the only one making the news after this incident.

Kroger Tide Pod shoplifter identified by uncle — Caleb Tyus arrested

23-year-old Caleb Tyus is charged with the theft of 10 bags of Tide Pods from a Gallatin Pike Kroger. An employee was able to take a photo of the car he was driving as he fled, and police contacted the registered owner, who was his uncle, Anthony Richardson. The uncle positively identified Caleb as the person from surveillance photos and stated Caleb was in possession of the car during the time of the tide pod boost. Tyus is free on pre-trial release.

Drunk birthday boy arrested after climbing into cop car on Music Row — Bryce Parker

24-year-old Bryce Parker was celebrating his birthday with friends on Music Row when it was reported he was getting into vehicles of people he didn’t know. After Metro Nashville Police arrived to investigate the call, they noticed the 24-year-old had climbed into their own patrol car, which was parked with the emergency equipment activated. Unable to locate the friends he was celebrating with, he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

Man charged after altercation with security at Las Nenas Bar in Antioch — Jason Ochoa #PublicIntoxication

22-year-old Jason Muralles-Ochoa was charged with public intoxication overnight at the Bar Billares Las Nenas in Antioch after he and a friend got into an altercation with security. Police stopped him from attempting to drive away, and when he became verbally aggressive with them, too, he was booked on the charge of public intoxication.

Castrated man charged in rape of child, claims it was another personality, pens apology letter — Jeffrey Beckham arrested

43-year-old Jeffrey Beckham is jailed in lieu of a $100,000 bond after writing an apology letter to a 13-year-old victim he is accused of raping, admitting that one of his multiple personalities committed the crime, noting he can recall it in his own memory. The victim was able to positively identify Beckham, disclosing that he had no testicles. Metro Nashville detectives were able to confirm he was ‘all twig and no berries’. Man locks himself in bathroom to call 911 after girlfriend ‘grapples’ him in bedroom, scratching his face

39-year-old Jennifer Johnson was waiting outside when police arrived to take her into custody for domestic assault Tuesday Night. She and her boyfriend were grappling beside the bed when she scratched his face, and he locked himself in the bathroom where he called police to get assistance to prevent further assault.

Man charged with kicking ex-girlfriend’s dog, then threatening to bury her in the graveyard down the street

A woman says her ex-boyfriend, 24-year-old Nathan McKenzie-Prohaska, came to her apartment, kicked her dog, pushed her into a wall, and threatened to “bury her in the graveyard down the street!”, according to newly filed court documents.

Man admits to inflating price of LSD for “drunk college girls” after being found with 20 hits of acid

25-year-old Dallas Lee Burke is held on a $54,500 bond after he crashed his vehicle and inside officers found 20 hits of acid (LSD), empty and full beer cans, and marijuana. Burke admitted to selling hits of acid, but not making it, though officers noted a unique tattoo on his arm, which he disclosed was the “scientific formula for acid”, according to an affidavit.

25-year-old Thaddeus Delk & 26-year-old Tony Turner were taken into custody by Nashville Airport Police after K9 Havoc assisted in a search. Delk was already under investigation and identified the other male he was traveling with. Between the pair, police seized 19.5 pounds of marijuana bud & related THC items, among 8 vacuum sealed bricks.

Nashville woman accused of beating, biting, and breaking the nose of her boyfriend

27-year-old Lakelynn Bennett is charged with felony aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury after she accused her boyfriend of cheating and attacked him. Police found the victim with lacerations, a bite mark, and his nose pointing at a 30-degree angle, off-center to his face.
