Police arrest man on drug charges, find ledger naming all his customers

Police arrested Jamie White Monday: in the trailer was a drug ledger with ‘Jamie White’ written at the top and a list of people who he has sold drugs to, in addition to loaded 20 gauge shotgun with the barrel sawed off shorter than 18 inches, a loaded 9 mm pistol, digital scales with residue, a spoon with white residue, and a baggie of pill capsules. 

Metro Council at-large candidate Matthew DelRossi arrested

Current at-large candidate for Metro Council, and former vice Mayoral candidate, Matthew DelRossi was arrested over the weekend, charged with two counts of violating an active order of protection. For his second campaign in a row, it appears he will be running for an elected office while out of jail on bond.

Caregiver racks up $3,225 in charges to East Nashville Parkinson’s patient’s credit card

Marcos Vielma, of Clarksville, was the employed caretaker of an East Nashville Parkinson’s patient for the past several months. During that time, he is accused to taking the victim’s credit & debit cards on multiple days, and accruing over $3,200 in fraudulent charges. He is jailed in lieu of a $35,000 bond.

Two more charged with passing fake prescription for ‘Sizzurp’ at Nashville Pharmacy

There’s now been four arrests of people with charges related to counterfeit prescriptions for Promethazine/Codeine, the primary ingredient in ‘sizzurp’, also known as ‘lean’, or ‘purple drank’. The latest pair arrested are Miguel Buckner & James Jenkins, Jr.

3rd man charged with using gay dating app to meet men to rob in Nashville

Man arrested for public intoxication after tipping $22,000 in downtown Nashville bar

Hotel staff advised Joel Boyers had caused a disruption at the bar, after he made several high dollar tips totaling $22,000, causing waitresses to compete to serve him. He was arrested for public intoxication and carrying a firearm in a bar. He is free on pre-trial release.
