Health Inspectors found cooked chicken wings sitting at 50 degrees in a walk-in-cooler, and an employee admitted to adding wings cooked on the day of the inspection to the prior day’s pan of cooked wings and mixing them together. That was one of the many violations earning the Nashville favorite an 84 during their regular inspection Monday afternoon. Other violations included raw oysters stored in pans on the floor of the cooler, pans nested into each other without lids, raw fish stored uncovered, and the hand sink in the prep room wasn’t able to be accessed or used.
22-year-old Robert Mason, of New York, is charged with the assault of two Metro Nashville Police Officers, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting arrest after employees flagged down police for assistance as he was being kicked out of Scoreboard Bar & Grill. Refusing to let officers call a friend to help him leave on his own, he clenched his fists, took a fighting stance, and screamed “THIS IS AMERICA!”. Officers tackled him as he began to resist arrest. He Grabbed Officer Joshua McGarvey’s ring finger while twisting and clenching it, which caused an injury to his finger and a hyperextended knee from the fight. He also caused scratch injuries to Officer Snyder from his fingernails.
27-year-old Nicole Riley remains jailed in lieu of a $10,050 bond after returning to her former place of employment, The Nashville Palace, and the adjacent bar, Scoreboard, armed with a knife and causing a scene. After being ejected from one bar for being too intoxicated on arrival, she went to the other, dumped beer out behind the bar, cursing employees and patrons, then threatening staff with the knife.
Just three months after moving to Nashville, Metro Police found 22-year-old Jarod Parker asleep behind the wheel of his red Tesla at the intersection of Music Valley Dr & McGavock Pk. Officers say he was belligerent upon being awoken from his slumber and reeked of alcohol. Parker was charged with DUI and is free on pre-trial release.
After cussing and insulting her, Justin Parsley’s girlfriend asked him to leave the room. Instead, he punched her dog in the face, punched his girlfriend in the face breaking her nose, choked their female roommate he had just returned from the bar with, then ‘laughed maniacally’ and fired 5-7 shots at them as they fled the residence.
William Cosper, 33, and Jimmy Lepley, 38, are both charged with burglary of Scoreboard Bar & Grill. The pair posted videos and photos of the stolen liquor on their Instagram accounts after the burglary.
Freddie Calbert, 18, arrested with a pound of weed, cocaine, and a gun, inside a stolen car at Opry Mills. An alert employee noticed the temporary tag didn’t match the vehicle, and called police.
Michael Earl Ingram, 26, was arrested on drug, gun, and promoting prostitution charges on Friday, after he was found to be pimping out 3 women from a Music Valley hotel room. At the time of his arrest, he was offering a ‘2-girl special’ for $160. Ingram tells police he goes by ‘Capo’, which he said means ‘The Underboss’.
Trent Thorpe & Nicholas Bockoven were found asleep in a vehicle at 4:30 AM Sunday, and according to witnesses they had been sleeping in the middle of the lanes of traffic for at least 30 minutes
Desmond Jones & Madison Wright arrested after found with 25K in cash, a QP of weed in their hotel room. Wright also had a fresh bottle of codeine in one pocket, and a stolen handgun in the other.
