19-year-old Te’Quan is charged with possession of brass knuckles, vandalism, interference with a 911 call, and domestic assault, after his ex-girlfriend, Johnyae Hooten, says he punched her in the face, raped her, and smashed her phone when she attempted to call 911 to report it.

A Davidson County Grand Jury has indicted 34 -year-old Andre Gills on 2 counts of rape and 2 counts of aggravated statutory rape. The two incidents occurred in 2019 on June 5th and August 19th. Counts 1 & 2 allege Gills committed rape by fraud, as defined by TCA, and counts 3 & 4 allege Gills committed the aggravated statutory rape of someone who was both under the age of 18, and at least 10 years younger than himself. Gills is free on a $50,000 bond. Gills has prior convictions for domestic assault, possession of a weapon with a DV conviction, accessory to aggravated robbery, and multiple probation violations. Gills is a barber in Nashville who operates under the name of ‘GreedyCutz’ and uses the name ‘Greedy615’ across social media.
25-year-old Blake Solarek is free on a $75,000 bond, charged with 5 counts of sexual battery, 3 counts of rape, and 1 count each of assault, aggravated assault, and aggravated rape. Blake is the son of divorcing Nashville socialites Troy Solarek, of The Dotted Line, and artist manager Mitch Solarek. A Grand Jury indicted Solarek on all 11 counts earlier this month, and he was taken into custody Thursday, and immediately posted bond via Grumpy’s.
The Grand Jury indictment alleges all the incidents occurred on January 1st of 2021, charging Blake Solarek with 5 counts of unwanted sexual contact with then 18-year-old M.N.Y., 3 incidents of sexual penetration without consent, he caused M.N.Y. to be fear injury from being strangled, caused injury from an additional act of penetration of M.N.Y., and caused other injures to the victim. Solarek is represented by Byron Pugh.
As a young woman walked alone in Midtown late Monday evening, she says a man began to “cat all” her, and as she continued past him she says he firmly grabbed her arm. As she began to fight back, he reportedly told her he was going to rape her. She was able to break away from the man, identified as 30-year-old Patrick Schiebel, and flee to a nearby apartment building with a visible concierge who let her inside and called 911. Metro Nashville Police officers located the man but refused to charge him themselves since they didn’t witness it. MNPD escorted the victim to night court, where a magistrate signed a simple assault private prosecution warrant. The tourist was jailed for 153 minutes before being given pre-trial release and set free, despite a magistrate setting his bond at $10,000.
43-year-old Jeffrey Beckham is jailed in lieu of a $100,000 bond after writing an apology letter to a 13-year-old victim he is accused of raping, admitting that one of his multiple personalities committed the crime, noting he can recall it in his own memory. A family traveled from Alabama to Nashville so a young daughter could undergo brain surgery at Vanderbilt Friday. Today, the father, 32-year-old Travis Wade McGraw, is jailed in lieu of a $275,000 bond after admitting to raping his other daughter in the hotel room where the family was staying, while her grandfather slept in the other bed just feet away. While she hid in the bathroom and Snapchat messaged a friend in Alabama, who called 911 for her, he threatened to shoot her if she didn’t open the door. Police recovered texts where he asked her to “keep this between us”, a handgun, and her clothing with his fluids on them.
41-year-old Charles Ballard was charged with aggravated burglary when a neighbor noticed him beat a vehicle and enter a home while the residents were away. Ballard told police that he was going to “find out who lived there.”
41-year-old Ayler Quintana Fernandez was charged with rape after a 15-year-old victim told police that he forced her to perform sexual acts on him 3-4 times by threatening her and told a witness that “someone would die” if he got arrested.
Clarksville husband Christopher Monson was charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual battery, 9 counts of incest, 7 counts of rape of a child under 13 years old, 3 counts of rape, 2 counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, and criminal attempt to commit rape. His wife, Christy Monson was charged with 2 counts of duty to report – abuse/ neglect/ etc., coercion of a witness, and tampering with or fabricating evidence.
