DUI: Stephany Wheeler snorted at “white substance” before driving with two small children

31-year-old Stephany Wheeler was charged with DUI early Tuesday morning after a BOLO was issued for a female erratically driving a green Dodge Journey with two children inside. Officers located the vehicle outside of a gas station. The ages of the children were ten and eight years old. Wheeler said she had one shot earlier, but her pupils were constricted, and she was unsteady on her feet and swayed as she stood. She consented to sobriety tests wish she performed poorly on. After running her information through the computer system, it was discovered her driver’s license had been revoked and she had a prior DUI conviction in 2021. A family member told police that Wheeler was at his house earlier and was acting erratic and abnormal. He could smell alcohol on her breath before getting into her vehicle and driving off. Wheeler admitted to snorting a white powdery substance earlier in the night but stated she didn’t know what the substance was.

Jack McCloski takes meth & runs naked downtown to “protest drug dealers”

Metro Nashville Police observed 22-year-old Jack McCloski running naked through the parking lot of McDonald’s on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early morning daylight hours of Saturday morning. They caught up with him behind the 7-Eleven, still naked. McCloski explained to officers he was “protesting drug dealers in the area” as the reason he was nude. He refused all medical treatment from EMS, and admitted to taking a “white powder” earlier in the morning, which he believed to be meth.

Man given $1500 bond for eating $2 worth of donuts inside Antioch Mapco — Robert Fathera arrested

53-year-old Robert Fathera was found sitting on the floor of an Antioch Mapco just before 10 a.m. Tuesday, his lips covered in white powder. Police determined he had taken two honey bunds and a pack of white powdered donuts from the shelf and consumed them while inside the store without any way to pay for them.

He was reportedly intoxicated, and had urinated on himself. Police charged him with public intoxication ($250 bond) and theft of merchandise ($1500 bond) and transported him to jail. The value of the stolen items was determined to one $2.00 by store management.

Woman faces drug paraphernalia charge after traffic accident — Emily Goforth arrested

Police say 27-year-old Emily Goforth hit the vehicle in front of her while driving Monday night. When police responded to the accident, they discovered she had an outstanding warrant for a probation violation, and during the search for that arrest, police found what they believe to be a crack pipe with white residue on it. She is free on a $1,500 bond.

39-year-old Dreama Stacy and 43-year-old Patrick Merchant were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of fentanyl, and possession of marijuana with intent after being pulled over for improperly changing lanes.

Nashville man shoves officer, flees scene of accident without shirt or shoes

35-year-old Tony Stout was charged with possession of cocaine with intent, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, and evading arrest after police observed a plastic baggie with over 3 grams of “white powder substance” in his wrecked vehicle. When being detained, he pushed the officer away and ran off.
