Juliet, filed a lawsuit today asking a judge to issue an injunction on the speech of a customer who gave them a bad review, and called them a “scam”. They’re asking for the judge to order their customer to stop giving them bad reviews… of which they have dozens from other unhappy clients. The company’s own reputation is so shady that the first ‘FAQ’ on the website has to explain “We are not a scam”.

Jack Sheer (19), Cade Kark (18), and Andrew Chung (18), were all jailed Wednesday after a traffic stop led Belle Meade Police to discover multiple fake IDs, a cow’s head with liquor bottles and a bong inside, rolled up dollar bills, and baggies and baggies of cocaine. The boys claimed “some guy gave them the cocaine in the parking lot”. One of the teens is the son of Jason Sheer, owner of the Tin Roof Nashville.

Clerk’s office ‘expunged’ recordings of MNPD Officer who allegedly recanted testimony on the stand

In late June, a well-known attorney was in court for a hearing after MNPD charged him with assault of an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. People present during that hearing report the officer recanted his sworn affidavit on the stand. Scoop Nashville immediately requested those court recordings, which are traditionally provided within 1-2 days. Nine days later, the office replied they had expunged those public records.
